ハイシーズンの6月29日から8月23日までは、週単位で、土曜日に変更日のみ家を借りることができます。

私たちの素敵なスウェーデンの木造家屋は、森林と丘陵地帯のあるハルランソーセンの美しい自然を直接眺める素晴らしいロケーションにあります。

メインハウスは明るくモダンで、明るい家具で快適に装飾されています。 リビングルームは、リラックスと一体感をもたらすオープンキッチンとつながっています。パチパチと燃える火のそばに座っている間、美しい景色を眺めることができます。 リビングルームには、巨大な木製テラスとボールゲームなどのためのスペースのある素晴らしい庭園につながる2つの二重パティオドアがあります。
テラスにはラウンジ家具、ダイニング家具、ウェーバーグリルが備わっています。 ホットタップは、バスルーム近くのテラスに置かれます。

部屋は明るく居心地が良く、ベッドルームにはダブルベッドとテラスへのドアがあります（暖かく輝く夏の夜にはドアを開けてください）。 2番目の部屋には、2つのシングルベッドと、2人用の宿泊施設がある大きなロフトに続く階段があります。
地上には、3つのシングルベッドとシャワー付きのバスルームを備えた広々とした別館があります。


家の中には、Viasat付きのテレビがあります。これは、多くの優れた映画やスポーツチャンネルを意味します。 テレビはスマートテレビなので、Netflixコードを覚えておいてください。

Wonderful stay

We had a very nice stay in that house (2 families and one dog). We enjoyed our meals on the sunny terrace. The house is well equipped with nice furniture and the little house is very cozy with a nice view into the garden. We really liked the surroundings with the nearby river, and trips to a close lake or the sea. The communication with the owners was very nice and easy going.

Perfekte Erholung

sehr erholsam, tolles Grundstück, nette Vermieter, ärgerlich was, dass wir bei Buchung Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. und Endreinigung zusätzlich gebucht hatten und nicht ersichtlich war, dass wir das bei der Abreise dann vor Ort bezahlen mußten (obwohl es vermeintlich schon bei Buchung bezahlt war)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Haus bietet inklusive dem Schlafzimmer mit Bad im Nebengebäude genug Platz (Wir waren 7 Personen). Die Lage ist toll und man ist ebenso schnell am Ostseestrand wie im Landesinneren. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt :-)

Einfach nur empfehlenswert !!

Sehr nette Gastgeber haben uns in der Unterkunft begrüßt. Trotz dessen, dass das Haus schon 16 Jahre alt ist, sind diese Spuren kaum bemerkbar. Ein tolles Ferienhaus in einem guten Zustand. Immer wieder gern.

Es war sehr schön bei Susanne und Kim ! Sehr gerne wieder dann mal in einem Blockhaus !

Das Haus war sehr schön und es war genug Platz für Alle ! Auch der Hund war gar kein Problem! Die Lage im Wald war Supi und natürlich extra Ruhig !!!!

Beautiful house with all necessary equipment

Situated in a quite area, around 30 minutes driving from beaches this house responds to all requirements. Be aware that Swedish people don’t seem to like sleeping in rooms which are fully blinded, so curtains are rather thin and early sunshine comes in the sleeping room.

schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt umgeben von Wald und einigen anderen Ferienhäusern des Vermieters sehr ruhig in ländlicher Lage. Susanne und Kim sind tolle Gastgeber und wohnen auch in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Alles ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hier und da hat der Zahn der Zeit schon am Interieur genagt (Pfannen zerkratzt, Gartenmöbel, Matratzen), ... alles Kleinigkeiten. Folgendes ist noch wissenswert: - Wasser kommt aus einem eigenen 140 m tiefemBrunnen, hat sehr gute Qualität - kein deutsches SAT-TV, deutsche Programminhalte nur über Internet (Mediathek) verfügbar - keine Mülltrennung (war für uns sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig alles in eine Tonne zu entsorgen) - WLAN Empfang schwankt recht stark Alles in allem in toller Urlaub, wir würden das Objekt jederzeit empfehlen.

Kim and I are from Copenhagen, Denmark, so I would say we have the best from two worlds, the city life and the life close to beautiful nature in Sweden. We started our rental business, in 2007, when we built the first house. Today we have 75 beds in 9 houses.
The most important thing for us is to give our guests an unforgettable holiday where we and our team ensure that everything inside the house and outside, lives up to our high standards. We try to give our guests the feeling of beeing in a home away from home.
It means a lot to us, that we have the communikation with the guest, before, under and after the stay. We try to be invisible, but we can fix any problem for our guests during their stay, and if needed we can come by the house at short notice.

The scenerie just outside the house is stunning no matter the season. The forest that surrounds the houses and our area in the most enchanting way, is just a little part of what we love by Sweden, not to mention the birds singing, the smell of forest and the peace.
Within a short drive you can drive downhill biking, at Kungsbygget adventure park and Vallaasen too. If you love to go fishing from lake, from the coast or from the river, you come to the right place. The area is perfect for hiking and much more. Not to mention all the high quality golf courses you find close to. In the summertime we have ATP and WTA tennis tour in Båstad. Some of the best beaches in Sweden, you find only a short drive from the house too.

The house has a great focus on interior design and comfort, and is a perfect place to gather your family or friends for a nice holiday. The big dining - living room invites to enjoy and have a nice time together. From the outdoor hottub, you have, in clear weather, view to a blanket of stars. The big terrace and the big garden is perfect for playing and barbecue.
We have our own well that draws drinking water from a debth of 140 meters, delivering the purest spring water that tastes fantastic and is completely free of limescale.
