A little about me—I used to live in London, where I fell in love with meeting people from all over the world and sharing experiences. That passion for connection is what makes hosting so special to me.

Villa Ligaria is more than just a rental—it’s a family story. My dad built this beautiful place in 2000, and since 2013, we’ve been welcoming guests from all walks of life. Some of our happiest family memories were made here, and I hope you’ll create your own unforgettable moments too!

Ligaria is simply magical. Nestled in a stunning bay, just 100 meters from a golden sandy beach, it offers the perfect mix of tranquility and vibrant island life. The crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming, while the local tavernas serve some of the best seafood and traditional Cretan dishes.

One of the things I love most is the breathtaking sunsets—the way the sky turns shades of pink and orange over the sea is something you have to experience. The area is also great for exploring, with nearby Agia Pelagia’s lively atmosphere and Heraklion’s rich history just a short drive away.
