2-bedroom Blue View Villa

Blue View Villa is a 2-bedroom villa with a brand new private pool (4*8 meters), lovely panoramic sea views, 500 meters on foot from the most lovely sandy beach of Lygaria, 4 km from Agia Pelagia and 20 km west of the city of Heraklion. The Villa is built in a plot of 1200 sqm.

The luxury, two-storey Villa is built amphitheatrically overlooking the sandy beach of Lygaria. A beautifull courtyard with trees, flowers and patio furniture is provided with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. The villa is ideal for couples, and small families.

Blue View Villa offers an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and large windows with gorgeous sea views. One common shower bathroom on the ground floor and another common shower bathroom on the upper floor are provided. Another outdoor shower in the pool area and a private parking area are also available.

Please note that the pool can be heated with the additional cost of 40 Euros per day.

Island Oasis

Superbly maintained and well equipped villa. The hilltop infinity pool is a definite highlight and the breathtaking views come as advertised. We could not have been more pleased with the support we received from the owners and the management company - all went above and beyond.

Fabulous Villa Ligaria

We had the most incredible 1 month stay at Villa Ligaria. The owners are the nicest people and not only did they clean the property and pool every 3 days but they brought us gifts of olive oil, cookies, flowers, and more. We felt so welcomed. Perfekt!

Für einen Familienurlaub genau das Richtige! In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die kleine wunderschöne Bucht von Ligaria. Die Villa ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist fantastisch und die Aussicht einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen und super betreut. Einzig der Wind war teilweise etwas unangenehm. Gerne wieder und herzlichen Dank für Alles.

Luxuriöse Entspannung mit grandioser Aussicht

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt in traumhafter Lager in der Mitte des Hanges der Bucht. Die Ausstattung, einschließlich der Betten sind gut, die Reinigung der Anlage erfolgte wiederholt. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war herzlich und gut. Zusätzlich gab es auch noch Kuchen für die Kaffeetafel, und das wunderbare Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Der Weg zum Strand den Berg hinunter ist ambitioniert, aber für einen gesunden Menschen gut zu schaffen. Am Strand sind ausreichend Bars und Tavernen verschiedener Qualität, ansonsten fehlt dem Örtchen sicherlich noch einiges an Infrastruktur, was aber nicht entscheidend ist. Liegestühle etc. Sind zu moderaten Preisen tageweise anmietbar. Die Atmosphäre im Dorf ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und herzlich. Insgesamt eine kurzweilige Woche in schönster Umgebung, nicht zu vergessen die Mögllichkeiten am Abend auf Holzkohle oder auf Gas zu grillen, und dies mit einem Glas Wein zu geniessen.

Superb view

The road to the property is difficult to find and drive at first especially with a heavily loaded car. After the arrival this experience is quickly forgotten due to the superb view from the swimming pool to Lygaria beach. The house breaths luxury. During daytime there is always shade and sun to be found around the house. The beach is reached on foot in a couple of minutes and when you stay at Crete for one week it is comfortable to have the facilities of Heraklion within 30 mins driving time.

Fabulous home-from-home

Beautiful house in the perfect location. We had everything we needed, including the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on holiday. The kitchen was well equipped, the views were amazing. Thank you to the owners for the olive oil and cakes - we were really made to feel welcome. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly. The only disappointing thing was we couldn't use the fireplace inside the house - as it was really cold at the beginning of the week, we would have loved to light this, but I appreciate it was an insurance no-no. Perhaps some fleecy/cosy throws for the beginning and end of the season to help keep us warm inside of an evening? And maybe a little heat for the pool? However, all in all, a wonderful family stay. Thank you so much.

Great stay in a non touristic part of Crete

The location of this accomodation is great, up a hill with view on the bay. The facilities like beds and shower are perfect and with an own pool and large outside area, this was the perfect home for us. The owners are friendly and willing to help out with any questions you might have
