Villa with private swimming pool and sea view

Villa with private pool on a plot of approximately 850m² with sea views from Cabo de la Nao to Punta de Moraira.

Private garage within the plot. Pool 4.5x9m with large south-facing sun terrace. The villa has 2 covered terraces (front and back), living room with TV (43 inch, antenna, satellite + smart TV apps) and air conditioning, kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in and around the house. There are 3 bedrooms with separate air conditioning: 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which has a toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Rental prices are per week excluding linens, cleaning costs (€135), and electricity usage (€0.35 / kWh).
It is possible to order a linen package consisting of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 tea towel, 1 kitchen towel, 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase, and a change of sheets and pillowcase after the first week.
This is arranged through a local agent who lives 100m from the villa.

No central heating: Electric built-in fireplace and air conditioning heating in the living room.
Air conditioning heating in bedrooms. Electric radiator in bathrooms.

Lovely Villa in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! I’m already missing the fabulous views! The air con was much needed as it was really warm. The Villa had all the things we needed and the kids - especially my daughter 6 - loved the pool. Having the little supermarket so close was sooo handy - I recommend the cheese and ham croissants. Only negative is we found out on check out that there were things for the pool/beach in the garage that we could have no doubt used and not purchased - but hopefully our purchased items are a welcome addition to these :) We will definitely consider coming back in the future - thank you!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa in absolut toller Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer. Wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag und einfach entspannen möchte, ist sie perfekt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe, und wenn man in eine lebhaftere Stadt möchte, muss man ein Stück fahren – aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einmalig. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus war wunderschön, das Schwimmbad immer sauber und die Temperatur des Wassers perfekt. Wurden am Anreisetag von Marcel empfangen der uns sofort alles zeigte und erklärte. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Athur funktionierte einwandfrei und auch Herr Wim war super freundlich. Die Zone des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und die Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Alles in allem ein Suuuuuper Haus und sollten wir wieder an die Costa Blanca fahren werden wir definitiv wieder dieses wunderbare Haus mieten. Stunning views and perfect house

La maison possède une vue incroyable à 180 ° sur la mer. La terrasse couverte est parfaitement orientée pour pouvoir l'utiliser à chaque repas. La piscine est propre et grande pour permettre de se rafraichir, nager et s'amuser. Séjour parfait, merci

Wunderschön!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Waren Anfang Juni da, alles hat wunderbar geklappt mit der Schlüssel Übergabe und der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Schöner großer Pool mit Sonnenschirmen! Waren super zufrieden! Vielen Dank!

House was very clean and well equipped.it lacked enough heating for winter lets .

Au calme, très proche commerce de dépannage!

Idéal pour des vacances au calme en famille

La villa est idéalement située et au calme avec sur mer. L'équipement intérieur et extérieur est complet. L'entretien de la piscine régulier (2x par semaine)
