Villa located in the area of Paichi, Moraira, 1.9 km from the town center and the beach, and just 300 m from the commercial area with bars and restaurants. South orientation. Quiet place. Parking for 2-3 cars. Private pool. Barbecue.

The ground floor is composed of a glazed porch, living room (with hot/cold air conditioning), kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).

The upper floor, with independent entrance, is composed of a small kitchen, living-dining room (with hot/cold air conditioning), 2 bedrooms, 1 w.c. and 1 bathroom.

Internet WIFI. Satellite TV with foreign channels. Gas central heating on the ground floor. Air conditioning in the 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Fans in the bedrooms.

Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Aber die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das kleine Bad im Erdgeschoss könnte etwas Liebe brauchen. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Poolservice kommt einmal pro Woche. Auch die Terrasse ist groß, allerdings ab Mittag voll in der Sonne. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre wirklich gut, da im Schattenbereich ab der Mauer Moskitos nur darauf warten zu stechen. Die Küchenutensilien sind leider auch eher nicht ausreichend bzw. zusammen gewürfelt.

Très bien mais un seul jeu de clé de disponible ce qui est dommage et la maison disjoncte régulièrement des qu on utilise le four.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette villa. Espaces intérieurs tres grands, bien agencés, propres, confortables. Rien ne manque. Espaces extérieurs tres agréables, superbe piscine, pas de vis-à-vis, trèscalme. Magasins très proches. Belles plages, bons restaurants... Nous espérons revenir lors de prochaines vacances

Villa idéal pour un séjour en famille

La villa est très bien située, à 5 minutes du village de moraira. En voiture nous avons pu profiter de la côte des crique et des différents restaurants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🌺

Fantastic value for money

The house was well equipped, decor a little dated but this didn’t detract from the stay and was reflected in the price, wonderful outdoor space, pool very private not at all overlooked. Highly recommended

Villa très agréable,

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines à la villa Casa Gris. La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres de tailles raisonnables, l'exposition de la piscine est parfaite car au soleil toute la journée. La situation géographique de la maison est très bien, à proximité du centre de Moraira et des plages. L'agence sur place est très réactive (ampoule et ventilateur changés dans la journée), merci à Marisa. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Bellissima vacanza, siamo stati 16 giorni a moraira, bellissima, con calette e spiagge una più bella dell'altra, ed abbiamo soggiornato presso casa Gris, ci siamo trovati benissimo ed la proprietaria, Sig.ra Marisa gentilissima. Consigliatissima!!!

Vacances à Moraira

Belle propriété, avec toutes les commodités. Superbe terrasse et piscine. Le petit plus est la séparation des deux maisons, nous étions deux familles, c'était l'idéal. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de 15 jours, le coin est calme, les commerces et la plage à proximité. Que du bonheur, avec une gestion simple et efficace de l'agence de location. A faire ou refaire sans hésitations. Eric et Delphine.

Great place!

Great place for small or big family! It is spacious, has all the amentities you need in order to cook and wash clothes, there is room for two families (or one family and morther in law, as was for us). Perfect sized pool, outdoor shower, great location, only a few minutes from downtown Moraira. Lots of fun places to go jogging, if you like hills... The agency that rents out the house is very friendly and serviceminded. We told her that the toaster was broken and a brand new one was delivered the same day. Note that there is no AC, however there are florr fans in many rooms.
