This place is a gem hidden in the Scottish countryside. If you're planning to just visit Glasgow or Edinburgh of the Highlands, this isn't a great location. But if you're planning to visit all three, it's the perfect location. For us, it was centrally located for day trips in 4 different directions. The house is well-decorated and maintained, the kitchen is spacious, and the setting is peaceful.
My only note is that the Internet connection was a bit spotty, so this probably wouldn't be the best place if you're looking to use the Internet heavily. Also, we couldn't figure out how to use the dryer successfully, so we ended up hanging our clothes to dry. Oh, and if your stay is for several days, buy some dishwasher soap and extra toilet paper.
