Fantastic apartment for 6 people, with communal pool and views to Portocolom sea.
Enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast every morning, while admiring the sea views, before spending a great day at the beach or in the communal pool. This last is a chlorine pool that has a size of 7.5*5.5 m, a depth of 1.2 to 2.2 m and 6 sun loungers around to enjoy the sun. Additionally, you can reach the beach after walking only 200 meters.

This first-floor apartment, without elevator, has a pleasant living-dining room where you can watch TV, read a book or even eat all together. Immediately after, there is an equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop. The laundry features washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your rest, there are three dormitories, two of them with double beds and wardrobe and the third one with a trundle bed. One of the two first rooms, has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Another bathroom with shower services the entire house. There is availability for a cot and a high-chair.

The location is ideal for those nature, beaches and idyllic coves lovers. Portocolom features one of those and, apart from that, it is a very beautiful and cosy fishery coastal village.Nearby you have the odd restaurant, although you can also find many other restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops at about 3km away, in the city center of the town.

The pool is open all year round from 9am to 10pm.

Es war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Licht überall sehr grell und daher eher ungemütlich.Ein Schlafzimmer war nur mit einem Nachtisch und daher unpraktisch.Rund um war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Lage war hervorragend; in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, direkt an einem wunderschönen kleinen und überwachten Strand. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und alles war sehr sehr sauber. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, der Wohnbereich ist schön groß und in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr zuverlässige und schnelle Rückmeldungen bei Fragen an den Vermieter.

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig. Der Strand einen katzensprung entfernt, der Pool auch sehr schön. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auch sehr nett. Schneller Austausch der Geschirrspülmaschine nach dem wir festgestellt haben das diese kaputt war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal Urlaub in der Wohnung machen. Vielen Dank

Top Lage ist unschlagbar

Vorab: Das Appartement und die Lage waren wirklich unschlagbar, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Der Pool, die Betten nebst Kissen, der Balkon und die Aussicht waren wirklich top. Was hat uns gefehlt: - Wo finde ich die Waschmaschine? (Ist übrigens auf dem Balkon) - Wo finde ich weitere Haushaltsgeräte wie Besen oder Staubsauger? (Der Schlüssel des Kinderzimmers passt) - Wie habe ich mich am Pool zu verhalten, wenn die Nachbarn anwesend sind. (Die Liegen haben genaue Stellplätze) Eine kleine Info-Mappe für die Gäste wäre da wirklich hilfreich gewesen. Des Weiteren unterliegt die Ausstattung der Küche dem 70er-Jahre Charme, ist aber grundsätzlich ausreichend.

Peaceful town, well located apartment

It is on the eastern side of the island which is much more peaceful. The house is located about 5 min walk from the beach, and there is a small restaurant with fresh seafood and friendly people. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are comfortable.
