CASA LENA - Chalet with private pool in PORTOCOLOM.

This dapper terraced house is located close to the sea in Porto Colom. It has a private pool and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The exteriors are beautiful. There is a 4.8 x 4.7 m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.4 m. You will have access to a private porch, an exterior shower and a terrace with BBQ.

This house offers accommodation on two floors and 130 m2. There is one bedroom with two twin beds on the ground floor. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms on the first floor: one is equipped with a double bed and the other comes with a bunk/trundle bed for three people. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. We can supply one cot and one high chair in case you need them. The bright sitting-dining room offers space for long table talks, cooking together or watching satellite-TV. The open kitchen with gas hob is fully-equipped. The laundry room has one washer, an iron and an ironing board.

The delightful fishing village Porto Colom is situated on the East Coast of Mallorca. In the local harbour you can watch the traditional fishing boats, called llaüts. A 15 minutes' walk or a short drive by car takes you to the lovely bay Cala Marcal. On the beach you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. After a stroll through the alleys, you can try fresh fish and good wine in one of the restaurants and just enjoy your holidays. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Millor with a safari-zoo and playgrounds for your kids. During the summer, there are lots of pubs where you can turn the night into day.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There is outdoor parking for 1 car.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Exceptional stay

Our stay was just perfect. The house itself is great and the location just perfect for a holiday with the family. The communication with the owner and the agent was very nice and we received answers very fast. We will definitely come back.

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation sowohl mit der Agentur als auch vor allem mit der Vermieterin. Diese war äußerst freundlich und ließ uns am Abreisetag noch länger in Haus, da unser Flug erst später am Abend ging. Der Check-in funktionierte absolut problemlos mittels Schlüsselbox und Code. Eine Schale mit frischem Obst stand bei der Ankunft bereit. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen gut ausgestattet.Die Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz.Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in ca 10 min erreichbar. Die Promenade in ca 5 min. Die nächste Bucht zum Baden ist in gut 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr schön!

Wir hatten zu 5. einen Aufenthalt, 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Im Pool gebadet, gekocht und auch Tischtennis gespielt. Wir hatten auch einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Stadt Porto Colom ist auch sehr schön. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr nett und zuvor kommend. Vielen Dank!

Maison Portocolom

Tout a été parfait et l’hôte est très réactive et très à l’écoute. La maison est très propre et très agréable. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs efficaces. Portocolom est vraiment l’endroit où se rendre à Majorque en août pour éviter la foule et vivre un peu plus une ville à échelle humaine et qui a su conserver son authenticité. On reviendra !

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus entsprach ganz unseren Ansprüchen. Sauber und gepflegt. Was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat war, das an allen Fenstern Insektenrollos installiert waren. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend, wenn man nicht gerade Leistungsschwimmen machen möchte. Um kleine Mängel (z.B. lose Halterung an der Pooldusche, wurde sich sofort gekümmert). Zu beachten ist, das sich diese Unterkunft in einer normalen Wohngegend und nicht in einer Ferienhaussiedlung befindet. Daher ist es Morgens früh schon mal etwas lebhaft, da die Nachbarn natürlich ihren Verpflichtungen nachgehen müssen.

Unkompliziert und sehr aufmerksam

Die Besitzer von Casa Lena haben dafür gesorgt das es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und alles war perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gemütlich und auf dem neusten Stand. Es gab sogar neue Holzkohle im Grill und wenn man den Vermieter etwas gefragt hat, hat er sofort geantwortet

Casa Lena was absolutely lovely. Exactly as it looks in the pictures. Plenty of shady spots to find when it’s hot and the pool is an ace way to cool down. Portocolom is a good spot too. Nice places to eat and great beaches to visit. It’s definitely a hot walk to the local beach with young kids, but it is as advertised - along quiet roads and is max 15 mins walk. It’s worth pushing the kids out the door even if it’s super hot as the beach and sea is a nice bit cooler. We loved our stay.

We have nothing but good things to say

We have nothing but good things to say about the beautiful villa and our lovely host Lena. Friendly little touches like fresh fruit on our arrival and a note suggesting we might want to visit a local market (we did, and it was a great day out) were really thoughtful and much appreciated. Lena went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. The villa itself was immaculate and had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the showers hot. The beach is only a ten minute walk away and there are many restaurants nearby, although not all were open due to us visiting out of season, but still plenty to choose from for a week’s visit.

We stayed in Casa Lena for one week in October.

We stayed in Casa Lena for one week in October. We enjoyed the house, weich is in 15 min walking distance to the beach and 20 min to the harbour and restaurants of Portocolom. The house is spacious and fully equipped (WLAN, dish-washer, washing machine, microvawe oven, insect window shelter, hair dryer etc.). Everyday we had breakfast outside in front of the beautiful pool (with outdoor shower) and also in the evening sat there with the nice illumination of the pool area. The living room is fine for four people and could be a bit small for 6 people. But normally you don‘t need to stay inside during a Mallorca holiday. We can recommend this house for a relaxing stay in Portocolom.

We really enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lena. The house is perfect for a family. I travelled with my 11 months old daughter and my parents, and we had enough space for all of us. The house was perfectly clean, and everything you need was there (including supplies for the washing machine and the dish washer), we had a baby chair and a baby bed and I could even bath her in a little tub that was there for the wet clothes after washing them, my daughter fit perfectly and enjoyed her bath :) The pool was very nice, too. And the big table outside, protected from direct sun and rain, was perfect for our breakfasts outside. We met Lena, and it was really a pleasure to meet her. She is a very kind person, and very helpful regarding every question we had. A big thank you to her and her parents and also the agency that took care of our booking. We can highly recommend to stay at Casa Lena.

First Family Holiday

We have just arrived home after an amazing week in Casa Lena. We selected Portocolom and Casa Lena to take our 6 month son on our first family holiday and we were not disappointed. The town is a short walk away and has everything that you would need including bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Portocolom is perfectly quiet and it does not feel like a resort. There is also a lovely beach at nearby Calla Marcal which is also a short walk away. The villa itself is very clean and has everything you could need. The pool is great and the veranda is a ideal for spending the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts even provided a cot and highchair for our baby. We were met by the owners on arrival and they were very welcoming. We can't fault our stay at Casa Lena and can thoroughly recommend it to others.

Gutes , sauberes Haus mit idealer Raumaufteilung!

Das Haus liegt in einem einheimischen Wohnviertel mit guter Infrastruktur. Alle Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs waren vorhanden. Die Fenster mit Lamellen als Sonnenschutz und integrierten Mückenschutz. Sehr gut war die Raumaufteilung, oben für die Kinder inkl. Bad/WC und Paterre für die Eltern etc. So kann jeder im Urlaub seinen Bedürfnissen nachgehen. Der Pool reicht völlig aus, es sei man ist Leistungsschwimmer. Der Strand/Meer ist nur in 15 min. bequem erreichbar. Alles bestens soweit, gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Es liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und hatte sogar frisches Obst bereit gestellt. Handtücher, Pooltücher und Bettwäsche sind reichlich vorhanden, ebenso Geschirr, Gläser etc. Die Betten reichen für bis zu 7 Personen. Zusätzlich ist ein weiteres Zimmer mit Babybett vorhanden. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den Nachbarn des Doppelhauses, nette deutsche Dauermieter. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und man kann dort komfortabel sitzen. Die Auflagen der Poolliegen sind hochwertig. Der Supermarkt, der Fischhändler und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne Finca in Porto Colom

Die Finca war wunderbar! Sehr ordentlich, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Bad im Obergeschoss herrlich! Der Pool und die Lage der Finca ebenfalls perfekt! Allerdings hatten wir Probleme mit den Matratzen, die sind verbesserungswürdig. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und herzliche Grüße, Tanja Gronninger
