このヴィラは、古代ローマのヴィラの遺跡が発見された丘の上に建っています。 壮観な庭園に囲まれ、周囲の田園地帯の息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。
もともとは1400年までさかのぼり、1700年から1800年の間に追加工事が行われ、2011年に住宅全体が共感的に再編されました。

IT COULDN’T HAVE BEEN BETTER

From the primarly formalities to the final farewell, everything has been excellent. Francesco has always been attentive to everything, with kindness and efficiency. The villa is beautiful, spectacular. The garden is amazing. Endless, scenic, with a large swiming pool, spectacular views, and a gazebo for the daily dinner. Inside, spacious rooms and bathrooms, a confortable and full equiped kitchen, and a big saloon with a large dinning table. Enjoying this property in the early and late hours of the day is a privilege. The views at the sunset are unforgettable. It is the ideal place for a family like ours. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a holidays to always remember.

Not only were they respectful and kind in every way, but they brought a spirit of warmth, elegance and appreciation that made their stay truly special for us as well. Firstly Francesco is an amazing host. He was always easy to contact and incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to visit his Uncle's farm for wine and olive oil tasting plus lunch. This ended up being the highlight of our entire trip.The villa is lovely and traditional. Everywhere very clean and tidy. The outside space is wonderful and there's so much of it. The pool is fantastic and we all spent hours in it each day.One thing to note - the pool gets very deep very quickly. I wouldn't have been comfortable if my children were younger. The bedroom layout is interesting... of the 5 available, one is in a separate annex and another is up a small, steep, winding staircase which we couldn't safely use so 2 of my children ended up sharing (teenagers).Overall we had a wonderful time. It was our first visit to Italy. We felt well placed to explore the area. Pisa is only an hour away. I think this villa is perfect for larger groups as there's so much outside space. Francesco can make recommendations for meals out and can also sort all the arrangements too which is a massive help.

Yes, this is the place!!

This villa exceeded every expectation! It provided the perfect setting for our vacation with a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 children), offering more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably.The property is even more stunning in person than the photos suggest. Perched beautifully on a hilltop, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Francesco’s check-in process was exceptionally helpful—he took the time to introduce us to all areas of this expansive villa and its amenities.The grounds are meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed, including integrated mosquito deterrent systems in the landscaping that allow you to fully enjoy the numerous outdoor spaces. Inside, the villa was spotless with comfortable beds, luxury-quality linens and towels, and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms—a blessing during the summer heat.Every detail has been carefully considered throughout the property. The pool area is particularly impressive, featuring ample seating, shaded areas, a convenient mini-fridge, quality drinkware, and a large dining table perfect for group meals. The hosts have truly thought of everything, including pool towels, providing pool floats and toys for the children.Francesco’s generosity and attention to guest comfort made our stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely return for future trips.
