Love this house! It’s set up so perfectly! The lanai is fantastic & the view is fantastic! Boats go by all day long! We even saw dolphins playing in the canal!

This was our third stay in this home. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the boats on the canal. It’s close to the stores and beaches. The house is always clean and well stocked with kitchen items that you would need.

We did not use the pool, but enjoyed sitting around it.We had some issues, and the management was quick to respond, but could not solve an electrical problem while we were there. The outlets in the master bedroom did not work at all the entire week. No compensation for that BIG inconvenience!! In the other bathroom the toilet tank cracked and flooded the bathroom and closet in the bedroom where our suitcases, shoes, and other items were store. Inconvenient for 1 day until it was fixed. The workers left a mess. Again, no compensation!!Saw 2 cockroaches, and once again management didn’t think it was a big deal.The house is equipped with necessities, but would have felt better if management would have been more sympathetic with our concerns.

Beautiful views, sunny Lanai pool & great layout

We had a great month stay at this beautiful home located on a canal with a beautiful view of the river that flows into the Gulf of America! The lanai pool area is sunny & it’s fun to watch the boats go by sitting on the dock area or the lanai. The house has a great layout.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Great Location, Very comfortable property

We had a fabulous stay. The property was in a lovely residential neighbourhood with great canal view. Fingers crossed we can stay again next year but for 3 weeks, not 2!!!!!

Family reunion time

We were 5 senior citizens coming to visit other family in the area. We loved the property and the location! Beautiful views everywhere! The lanai was a favorite hangout area by all of us! I would definately recommend this property and would stay here again!

First visit to Florida

Our first visit to Florida and the property ticked all the boxes - well equipped, clean, quiet and convenient location. Easy booking process and good communication from the owner. Pool was a bonus as the temps topped 100 degrees every day, along with the air-con. Would recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you may need. The heated pool was wonderful. The location was convenient to the area’s many attractions. We would definitely return!

Great place to stay in Cape Coral

The place is as shown in the listing. Great location. Very clean. Beautiful canal views. The kitchen is a little outdated but is well stocked with all the kitchen needs. We contacted the owner about some debris in the bottom of the pool. It was quickly taken care of while we were out to dinner. We would recommend this place and will look into renting again the next time we are in Cape Coral.

Beautiful canal house

The home is located at the end of a neighborhood street and the area is pretty quiet. We enjoyed watching the boats pass by the house throughout the day. The pool was a perfect refreshing temperature, no need to touch the heat. The house has everything you’d need to prepare and store food. Walmart, Publix and Aldi are all within a 10 minute drive. Fords Garage and Duffy’s were great places to eat. Overall great stay and we look forward to our return next year.

Beautiful home. On the water.

Property was lovely, pool was fantastic! everything we needed was there. Nicely decorated,, but house looked more "staged" for looks, rather than comfort. Main living room couch was comfortable, the rest of the furniture was not, bed in master, was hard, and could feel the springs in my back, so I slept in one of the quest rooms, would have also enjoyed some nice lounging chairs ( with cushions) on the Lani, the ones provided were the mesh ones. But overall it was a nice place.

Great home with fantastic pool

We stayed in this lovely home in Cape Coral for 4 weeks Nov/Dec 2023 and had a fabulous stay. The house is very well stocked & had everything we needed throughout our stay. We didn't have any issues. The neighbourhood is quiet and the outlook from the pool across a canal intersection is relaxing. The pool is great & the lanai area is huge compared to other properties we've rented. The check in and out process was easy and we appreciated not being disturbed during our vacation. The garage is large and its great to be able to park inside to keep the car cool. Being so close to Del Prado made is very easy to access shops & restaurants in Cape Coral and gave easy access to the bridges to Fort Myers and the surrounding areas.

Amazing Home for our 1 Month Stay

We had a glorious month at your home beginning with the easy checkin process, the beautiful, clean pool and the spotless rooms. During our stay we not only enjoyed the kayaks on the canal but many hours of fishing from the dock while watching the boats go by as well as a dolphin or two. We rented a boat for a few days and the dock was easy to get in and out of. Since many beaches were closed due to either the hurricane or red tide, we spent most of our time in and around the pool BBQing and swimming. There also was plenty of areas in the home for us all to work remotely. We had one issue with the air conditioning early on and the property manager was so quick to respond and had a repair man out immediately. No other issues occurred during the entire month. I also want to mention that the neighbors were very friendly as most stopped to talk to us during our dog walks several times a day. We loved the bike path on Palanco Grande and all the St Patrick’s day decorations throughout the development. Overall we throughly enjoyed your home for the month and hope to be back in the coming years.

The view is lovely

I will start with all the things we liked about this property. The layout was perfect for us with the master bedroom ensuite, and formal dining and living area on one side of the house and two other bedrooms with a casual living and dining area on the other side of the house. Good for us as we were travelling with our pregnant daughter and her 1.5 year old son …who sometimes woke at 5 am. And we could block off the casual living room and make a cozy play area for him. The lanai is the absolute best feature of the house with a lot of seating, nice heated pool, views of the canal system and passing boats. The surrounding garden was pretty and my husband loved fishing off the dock. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of no unbreakable ‘pool’ plates for outside dining (which we did every meal we could). A nice kitchen feature was the amenity cupboard that had a collection of spices, oil, vinegars, flour etc. There was also some foil and plastic wrap which we appreciated. And the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the water sprinklers waking us in the middle of the night. She addressed the issue and again when the gardener fixed the wrong sprinkler. Unfortunately, we were surprised by some house condition issues . As we entered the house the fist thing we saw was three large rips in the living room carpet, two of which were partially covered by area carpets. The rips were unsightly and a hazard. On more than one occasion I caught myself tripping over the area carpets. The sliding doors badly need to be serviced. The living room and casual living room doors were very difficult to slide open and closed. Finally, we paid a cleaning fee as outlined in the rental agreement so we were surprised to be asked to wash all the towels and put them out for the next person at the end of our stay. We did do the wash as requested so instead of enjoying my last vacation day with my daughter and grand son I was doing laundry for the next renter. And when we were leaving the next morning, we couldn’t use any towels. We paid a cleaning fee and the equivalent daily rate of a very nice nice hotel, so we think it is not too much to ask that the cleaner wash all the towels when they wash the sheets. Overall, the carpet condition, difficult sliding doors and laundry expectations were not for us, even though we really enjoyed house layout, lanai, view and fishing.

Great location. Beautiful view of canal.

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Well stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool was refreshing and clean. The property is well maintained. We will put this one at the top of our list next time we need a place to stay in Cape Coral.
