Then, you can go down and enjoy a wonderful day at the beach or in the community chlorine pool of the complex, with 14 x 8 m and 0.4 to 1.75 m deep. There is also a playground with swings and a slide on a lawn area, ideal for the little ones.

This ninth floor flat, with elevator, features a spacious living-dining room where to eat all together or watch TV with privileged sea views. The renovated kitchen has gas hob, oven and everything you need to cook. Right there, you also have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are two bathrooms with bathtub in the house, as well as four bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed, another two with two single beds and the last one with a twin bed. There is also availability for a cot, a high chair and 4 fans.

The beach is situated at only 10 meters walking from the apartment, the golf course is 24 km away and you also have access to all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, cafeterias and so on.

Note: This renting can not accept customers younger than 30 years old, except when they travel with their parents.We do need copies of the ID of each person to be able to accept the booking.
