Such a cute apartment really close to Old Colorado City and very close driving distance to downtown and Garden of the Gods. We ran out of body wash and the owner kindly brought more over very quickly. She is so sweet. Anyway, we very much enjoyed our short stay.

Quiet and quaint with a great location

Perfect for my work/vacation trip. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable bed. Slept great! Don't expect updated or fancy, but clean with a well-stocked kitchen and everything I needed for a 4-night stay. Can walk into town for coffee, restaurants and shops. Garden of the God's is 5 minutes away, so I could do evening and morning walks there. Stunning! WiFi was great for working. Owner is extremely responsive!

Second time

This was my second stay in this quiet, clean, convenient apartment, this time for close to a month. It’s easy walking-distance to restaurants and shops, easy drive to popular sites. My daughter stayed with me for a few days and said she would come back to this place if returns to Colorado. I would stay here again.

Long-term stay

I spent two months in this comfortable space, a great location with a short walk to Old Colorado City street life and stores, a short drive to area activities. The neighborhood is quiet, with a couple of mule deer occasionally munching on the shrubbery outside. The owners were very accommodating in adjusting to my changed travel dates, and in responding quickly the few times I contacted them about replacing items I had used up. I would stay here again - possibly in a few months when I return to the area.

Cozy little bungalow

Perfect location for my short stay. Traveled solo and felt very safe here. Cleanliness was great, which is super important to me. Andra is very sweet and was wonderful to work with.

Quick Stay - Convenient Location

We had a quick 1-night stay before riding the Cog Railway to Pike's Peak the next morning. Very convenient and quick drive to get there from this location. We were able to walk to a few options for dinner. We had a good stay - might suggest a little larger TV, but it worked fine! Thanks - and we would stay here again.

Just what I needed while scoping out the area. A quick walk to historic downtown and short drive to red rock open space and Garden of the Gods. Appreciated the tea and coffee in the kitchen and cold water in the fridge!

Very nice stay

We were very happy with our stay. Location in the NW corner of Old Colorado City was perfect for us and Andra is a wonderful host. Wiring in the apartment is original 50's vintage so we could have used an extra spike bar and/or extension cord. We plan to make a return trip, maybe more...

My friend just reminded the other day-you get what you pay for. It was decent enough for one night stay-but it’s outdated for sure and the pics make it look more clean than it is.

Close to many parks and tourist sites, I-25 and Hwy 24, local restaurants, coffeehouses, and bars. I love the mountain view and seeing deer and other critters who visit the area.
