Great holiday experience in the heart of Lunigiana

Our family of 5 had the most relaxing holiday in Villa le Due Lune. The owners are warm hearted and eager to share useful informations about the area, shops, restaurants, places to see. The house itself is very nice, in a beautiful garden, and the pool is big and clean. We give it 5 stars !!

Gerne mal wieder

Für 4 Personen sind die zwei Häuschen perfekt. Für 5 und 6 Personen eigentlich zu wenig Platz in den Häusern (vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter wenn man innen sitzen müsste). Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr schön, ebenso der Pool. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!

Stand Alone Villa in der Mitte der Natur

Wir waren 1 Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern da (10/12) und einer Freundin der Familie dem ruhigen Ort. 500 Meter um das Grundstück herum kein anderes Haus und keine anderen Menschen. Unser Hund konnte sich frei auf dem grossen Grundstück bewegen (alles abgedichtet, sehr gut geeignet für Vierbeiner). Das Haus verfügt über sehr gutes W LAN, der Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort auch bei kleinen Problemen. Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants im Umkreis werden ebenfalls gegeben. Wenn man abschalten möchte, und die Kinder schon sicher schwimmen können, dann ist das ein toller Ort zum Runterfahren. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr spartanisch, aber es funktioniert alles sehr gut. La Spezia ist in 30-40 Minuten gut erreichbar.

Mooi verblijf voor 2x2 personen op een groot domein met een prachtig zwembad. Van Matteo kregen we een zeer uitgebreide rondleiding en uitleg. Vanuit het verblijf kan je in een straal van ± 50 km mooie plaatsen gaan bezoeken. Lucca, Cinque Terre (vertrek in La Spezia), Porte Venere, Stretti di Giaredo. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Relax bordo piscina con la famiglia al completo!

La proprietà risponde esattamente a quanto descritto nell’annuncio. Sono due belle casette di campagna, rustiche ma bene equipaggiate di tutto quanto occorre, sono immerse nel verde di un bel giardino e hanno a disposizione una bella piscina, ideale per grandi e piccini, dotata di lettini, ombrelloni e docce! I gentilissimi proprietari, Matteo con sua mamma e suo papà, hanno reso “Le due lune” la location ideale per una vacanza di relax, pace e serenità.

Natuur, rust en privacy

Dit is een leuk knus vakantiehuis, het zijn twee huisjes op een terrein. Mijn zoon van 14 jaar vond het geweldig om zn eigen huisje te hebben. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie, groene, rustige omgeving. Niet toeristisch met leuke dorpjes als Bagnone, Pontremoli in de buurt. Ook veel wandelroutes vanaf het huis ideaal als je de hond mee hebt. De tuin is omheind en kinderen/honden kunnen niet weglopen. Het is heerlijk om een duik in het zwembad te nemen en het zwembad wordt goed schoon gehouden door de eigenaar. Matteo is supervriendelijk met inchecken en heeft veel tips over restaurants en uitjes. Heerlijke relaxte week gehad!!

einfach ein Traum

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Gegend. Beide Häuser waren gepflegt und alles war vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt so wie auch der wunderschöne große Pool . Sogar unsere zwei Hunde hatten großen Spaß auf dem großen Grundstück. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur gigantisch es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für einen Spaziergang. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und geben darauf acht die Gäste nicht zu stören. Von unseren Gastgebern haben wir sehr viele tolle Tipps erhalten die wir so nicht bekommen hätten. Über das essen müssen wir nicht viel sagen, einfach nur gigantisch. Wir sagen vielen Dank für den traumhaften Urlaub.

lovely !

We stayed in this nice Tuscan House ten days at the end of June. We were two families with children and we found it very comfortable, with all the comforts. The swimming pool is fantastic and in the night it seems to float in the sky. The environment all around is fabulous and absolutely quiet. Simply lovely!

The perfect Tuscan Villa

The home was great, very roomy, very isolated so no neighbors to annoy, and the surrounding area was as picturesque as a painting. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining area every day. We suggest to explore the historical villages around and the typical tuscan country side wich is fabulous.

Quiet location and beautiful scenery. Car essential, make it small as road narrow. Close to all amenities and interesting places to visit. House furnished to a high standard, large swimming pool. Friendly, attentive service received from owners. The house it self was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and being an old farmhouse was full of charm and character. The longest drive we undertook was to Florence (about an hour and half) and we also visited Pisa, Pontremoli and Cinque Terre, and there are many other interesting places to see in La Spezia and sorraundings.

Wonderful place in stunning setting

Disappointing

The property was in a beautiful area and had a lovely pool. The owners were welcoming when we arrived. However we were very disappointed with: *The wifi - Ltd to 1 g. It also had a very poor signal and didn't work for much of the time. *The pool furniture was grubby and worn. The parasols were not secured and kept flying off, sometimes on top of us. *The houses were very small and dark and had very limited space to eat/socialise or for clothes storage. *We had to move the pool furniture to outside the house each night to have somewhere to sit to eat and socialise as only 1 small bench was provided for each house. *The water supply was erratic, sometimes going off mid shower fior a few mins. *The grounds were functional rather than luxurious and badly lit. We had to use a torch to go from one house to another and as it was a very isolated situation it was not ideal. *The owners turning up before 8 am on the day we left and cleaning the pool and the grounds whilst we were packing to go by 10 am. It was not a very relaxing end to our stay and our planned last dips in the pool were curtailed. Overall it felt as though we had been camping with the attendant discomfort rather than having the comfortable home like facilities that we'd expected.

Stunning view and totally private

As soon as you arrive at Le Due Lune you are confronted with the most beautiful view of the mountains. The pool is beautiful and cleaned twice weekly by Matteo and mum Maria . They made us feel very welcome. We were told to help ourselves to the bounteous fruit trees on the grounds. It was delightful! There were two houses one with an extra room that doubled up as a bedroom for our two teenage girls. It was totally private. We felt very comfortable. Supermarkets were close by. We would definitely love to visit again in the future. Grazie Matteo Maria and Aldo for an unforgettable holiday. We hope to come and stay at Le Due Lune again.

Beautiful, isolated double-villa in the heart of tuscany countryside

This charming villa composed of two separate little stone houses is set on a perfectly silent and isolated field in the countryside of Luningiana. We couldn't see anything but mountains from there. The villas and the pool matched the pictures perfectly. The swimming pool is completely private to the property and is pretty big. The two houses are completely independent, each with its own kitchen and bathroom (we were two couples staying there and appreciated the intimacy this setting provided us, although we took our meals together). There is a separate double-bed room in each house, and in the bigger house the couch from the living room can be converted into an additional double-bed. Houses were very clean upon arrival, the owners were lovely and offered us italian pastries the first day. Another thing worth mentioning is that the house is located in Filattiera, in the region of Luningiana which is a pretty unknown but very interesting part of Tuscany since it is filled with beautiful medieval villages upon the hills and looking down to the river. Renting a car is necessary to reach the house and travel around but the location was a perfect starting point to visit both Liguria and Tuscany (La Spezia was 40 minutes away, Pisa one hour 1/4, Firenze 2 hours away), and we overall enjoyed very much discovering this region. Finally, you will be connected upon reservation to Trame di Luningiana which was a very convenient tourism agency that booked very interesting and quite cheap tours for us (great cooking class, bike tour...). Pour les français ; la villa composée de deux maisons parfaitement indépendantes et équipées correspond exactement aux photos. La villa est isolée au coeur de la campagne Toscane (l'endroit reste un très bon point de départ pour la Ligurie, les Cinq Terres), sans vis-à-vis. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. Les maisons étaient très propres et équipées comme indiqué. Nous avons adoré notre séjour là bas, découvrir la région de Luningiana qui est peu connue mais riche en villages médiévaux charmants, et profiter de la piscine privée au soleil.
