Summer Feeling

The house was fantastic. The pool is definitely a highlight, also big enough for proper swimming. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The cook option is definitely worth booking, very relaxing and tasty.

Nice villa with all the convenience you need during a holiday. Clean and spacious. Staff is excellent with al lot of documentation about the region.

We stayed one week in la Pineta. The house is in a good condition and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped, everything you need is there. The pool is well maintained via salt water chlorination, which we prefer over chlorine. On the top floor is a big terras, with amazing views and if you’re lucky a shooting star at night. The owner and property managers are friendly, respond quickly and have good tips for trips etc. We had a very good time!

Tranquil Break near the Apuan Alps

Wonderful property that comfortably accommodates eight adults. Excellent amenities cross the whole house with incredible views from the terrace down the valley.

Fantastic break in Tuscany

The property is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The views from the terrace of the surrounding mountains are superb, and the area is very quiet. We booked the "Cook at home" experience and I have to say it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The pool is well maintained and a good size, but could maybe benefit from some umbrellas/shade. Overall we had a fantastic week here and would definitely book again!

Absolutely amazing Italian villa

Had a fantastic week stay at La Pineta. The size of the house was perfect for 8 of us and felt like we could really make it our home. All the bedrooms were reasonably sized, all amenities provided, and kitchen decent to be able to cook meals in. The pool was put to great use as well. We had the "chef at home" offered by the accommodation and I could not recommend it highly enough. The food was incredible and the property managers so sweet. The property itself is definitely not near anything; nothing is within walking distance. However we had cars and made use of doing day trips sometimes. This was perfect for us being away from the busy tourist centres. Thank you for the incredible stay!

Fantastisch huis, wel afgelegen

Inchecken ging perfect, eigenaar voorzag ons uitgebreid van info over het huis, de buurt, bereikbaarheid en inchecken. Wel erg ver van faciliteiten, boodschappen of een leuke stad kost minstens een uur om er te komen, hou daar rekening mee! De weg naar het huis is erg smal en kronkelig, geen fijne rit. Maar het huis is geweldig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Sommige meubels zijn aan vervanging toe (zonnebedjes, buitenkussens. Het zwembad is een grote plus!

Fantastisch huis!

Een heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is wel wat afgelegen van faciliteiten. Het zwembad is fantastisch! Het contact met de eigenaar Alan is prima. Hij reageert snel en is heel behulpzaam. Al met al een prachtig huis om te verblijven.

Heerlijke twee weken

De eerste twee weken hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De sleutel zal in het sleutelkastje en een heerlijk antipasti stond in de koelkast. Het huis was ruim genoeg voor acht volwassenen. Tuin was top en zwembad schoon een heerlijk voor een potje volleybal. Kortom een aanrader. Wel zijn de afvalboxen voor acht personen te klein en slaan de stoppen er snel uit. De elektrische oven en je haar föhnen bleek niet samen te gaan. Overall een prachtige verblijf voor mensen die van rust houden.

Vacation with family and friends.

Beautiful location. Quiet and relaxing. The property caretakers were amazing. Cooked a fabulous dinner for us one evening. Visited a local winery that was 25 minutes away. Toured the vineyard and cellar and had a lovely tasting with delicious cheese.

Fantastisk hus og beliggenhed

Vi havde den dejligste ferie i det dejligste hus med den flotteste udsigt. Udlejer har gjort alt for at svare hurtig og hjælpsomt på de spørgsmål vi havde. Poolen var dejlig. Huset behageligt og spiste stort set alle vores måltider på den dejlige terrassen men ved grillen i haven. Vil klart anbefale huset til andre gæster som ønsker rolig ferie i skønne omgivelser. Tusind tak Alan.

prachtig, liefdevol ingericht gezellig huis

Het is een comfortabel huis waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. Er zijn verschillende zitjes in de tuin, waar je op alle momenten van de dag kunt genieten van het mooie uitzicht over de bergen. Het zwembad is groot en goed onderhouden. De communicatie met de eigenaar en met de beheerders Antonio en Antonella verliep heel vlot, geen enkele wanklank daarover. We hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Antonio in zijn B&B. Het huis ligt erg afgelegen en is daardoor heel rustig. Het is wel een eindje rijden naar bijvoorbeeld de kust of een grotere stad. Maar daardoor heb je wel een hele bijzondere plek in een niet toeristisch deel van Italie.

Heerlijke vakantie

Mooie woning, met alle comfort. We werden prima geholpen door Alan (de eigenaar) en door Antonio (de huisbewaarder). Bij aankomst stond er een lekker presentje klaar. Wie wil genieten van rust en natuur is hier aan het juiste adres. We verbleven er veertien dagen, bezochten veel steden en wisselden cultuur af met telkens een dagje relaxen. Een aanrader!

Excellent séjour dans un havre de paix!

La Pineta est un vrai havre de paix permettant d’explorer cette terre de contraste qu’est la Toscane, entre montagne et mer. Ma famille et moi avons particulièrement apprécié cette superbe résidence très bien équipée et très propre. La piscine et son mobilier extérieur est un réel plus, sans oublier un espace pergola au frais et la terrasse supérieure qui offre une vue magique et majestueuse sur la vallée environnante. De plus, Alan a toujours été très attentionné et soucieux de notre parfait confort. Top notch!

Great family holiday!

This is a lovely and very well equipped villa in a very peaceful and stunning location. We stayed here with our two teenage daughters and grandparents. We all enjoyed the good sized pool and I can't think of anything else that the owners could provide to make our stay any more comfortable and enjoyable. This is a place to go if you want quality family time and nothing too touristic. You will need a car to explore the gorgeous surrounding villages. If you want to get away from it all I couldn't recommend a better place .

Smukke omgivelser

Man er altid lidt nervøs når man lejer noget via en privat udlejer. Findes stedet, er det fup. Vi har netop afsluttet 10 dages ferie i de smukkeste omgivelser. Udsigten er det flotteste bjerg landskab, og huset er det man drømmer om, når man tænker en hus i bjergene, krydret med lidt luksus i form af en lækker pool, og et køkken man kan være i 😀. Der er lidt langt til stranden, men vi savnede den ikke. Udlejer (Alan) er yderst hjælpsom, og sørger for alle de informationer man har brug for. Helt sikkert en 6 stjernet oplevelse

Gorgeous house

We had a really nice two weeks in a gorgeous house. The house was clean and there were enough towels and sheets. The swimming pool was really good and big enough for five children. The village is really peaceful and is quite far away, but especially for those who want to have their own peace, this is a real paradise.

I live in the UK with my wife. We have always spent as many holidays as possible in Tuscany - we even got married there!

We fell in love with the Lunigiana region and bought our home in 2008.

The house is also our second home so we have tried to make it as comfortable as we can.

We hope guests will feel as passionate about it as we do.

Away from the crowds, it is still within easy reach of the coast and transport links.

Surrounded by medieval villages with a jaw dropping view at every turn, it has a magical quality all of its own.

The property is all about peace and tranquillity. Although it is on the edge of a small village.

The view from the terrace is wonderful and there are many local restaurants to enjoy.

Although the nearest shops are about 3 kilometres away, it is possible to have bread delivered to the house on a regular basis.
