From Canariasgetaway we are sure that you will enjoy a wonderful stay and vacation in Gran Canaria (Biosphere Reserve) with unbeatable views of "La Canteras Beach" and Tenerife, with the highest peak in Spain on it (El Teide 3718 m) in addition to the spectacular sunsets.

"Las Canteras Beach" is a long tongue of sand, occupying about 3800 meters of coastline, which stretches across the bay.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, since it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The place of the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sports any day of the week, wearing a swimsuit, bikini, glasses and tube (snorkel), paddles (beach rackets) or surfboard.

In addition, it is a great reserve of marine life. Its seabed is a refuge for a thousand types of fish. On land, the refuge of walkers, fishermen, surfers. And it has a special feature. That peculiarity is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rock formation that spreads not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming into a natural saltwater pool with empty tide. A curious stone line that turns the bay into the best place on this side of the globe to practice swimming, and the salt sea facilitates buoyancy and the swimming goggles give the impression of being inside a large aquarium

And put to walk, we recommend the long walk that snakes continuously to the sand, raffling coffees and ice cream parlors. At the beginning of the walk you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the restaurants of fresh fish. At the other end of the beach, the atmosphere surges around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.

Super! Wir waren das dritte Mal in der Wohnung Auflagen für die Liegen und ein bisschen mehr Geschirr wäre gut gewesen denn den Geschirrspüler war nicht zu nutzen aufgrund von drei Tassen und dem vorhandenen Geschirr

Appartement LM 52 Nr. 413

Die Lage des Appartement ist hervorragend. Das Appartement ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und an mehreren Stellen sehr angegriffen. Wir haben, wie gefordert, unsere Ankunft avisiert. Bei der Ankunft konnten wir niemanden erreichen. Nach 2 Stunden war endlich jemand am Telefon und wir haben mit holprigem englisch mit sehr schwierigem Verlauf die Zugangsdaten für den Türcode erhalten. Ansonsten war das Appartment für unseren Aufenthalt ganz OK. Leider kam Natalia erst nach einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen auf uns zu, danach hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wenn Natalia am ersten Tag bei der Anreise dagewesen wäre, wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Das Apartment in toller Lage ist zu empfehlen wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellt. Die Einrichtung ist einfach mit Abnutzungsmerkmalen die Küche ist eng und spartanisch eingerichtet. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört. Ansonsten funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Der Fernseher hat nur spanische Programme. Keine weiteren möglich, auch nicht über Chromcast. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Vor allem die zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, hat uns gefallen.

Schöne Lage aber viele Mängel

Das Apartment ist hinsichtlich des Zustandes der Einrichtung unterdurchschnittlich, der verlangte Preis ist überhöht. Es besteht eine große Diskrepanz zwischen der guten Lage direkt am Strand und der Ausstattung/dem Zustand der Wohnung. So halten wir TV-Programme mit ausschließlich spanischen Sendern für nicht adäquat,wenn man in großem Umfang an Ausländer vermietet. Die vom Eigentümer zwischengeschaltete Servicegesellschaft hat sich um die reklamierten Mängel nicht gekümmert. Ein reklamierter Mangel an der Terrassentür hätte problemlos einen Einstieg von außen ermöglicht.

Znakomita lokalizacja - dosłownie nad samym oceanem, przy głównej promenadzie oraz plaży Las Canteras. W budynku obok supermarket HiperDino oraz wypożyczalnia samochodów. Bardzo dobry i rzetelny kontakt z biurem wynajmującym (skorzystaliśmy również z transferu z oraz na lotnisko w cenie 30 Euro&#47w jedną stronę) oraz z osobą, która oczekiwała na nas na miejscu (John). Wspaniałe widoki z tarasu, stół, krzesła oraz leżaki umożliwiające opalanie się. Mnóstwo restauracji i przytulnych knajpek. Lokalizacja oraz widoki - wspaniałe! Apartament wymaga odświeżenia oraz dokładniejszego posprzątania. Czuć było wilgoć (która widoczna była także na zasłonach i sufitach!). Jeden z leżaków był połamany. Bardzo szybko kończyła się ciepła woda (prysznic należało brać w ekspresowym tempie) - niewielka ilość ciepłej wody wynikała ze zbiornika przepływowego. Okropne zapachy na korytarzu w budynku (na szczęście nie były już odczuwalne w mieszkaniu).

This apartment is in a great location - supermarket, car park, restaurants and the beach are all right by the apartment. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The apartment itself is OK. The terrace is sunny, sheltered from the wind and has a lovely view of the beach and the sea, and it’s quiet at night. The kitchen is a bit too small to properly cook in, with a few impractical details (eg the dishwasher doesn’t open as the microwave is in the way). Otherwise everything is as advertised/shown in photos!

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold og likte leiligheten godt. Den var pent møblert, hadde et fint kjøkken og gode senger. Fin terrasse med flott utsikt.
