70平方メートルのアパート。森の素晴らしい景色と野生動物を見ることができ、静寂を味わうことができます。専用バスルーム付きの2つのダブルベッドルーム、2人掛けソファベッド付きのリビングルーム、インターネットポイント、暖炉、ダイニングエリア、キッチン、小さな屋根付きベランダ、庭園、35 m2のリラクゼーションテラス付きの小さなスイミングプール。


注意、ブルナーテへの道は非常に狭く、特にヴァレセロ経由です。 Fiat Multipla（188 cm。Wide）は、私たちを限界まで追い込みます。
より大きな車がある場合は、村に駐車して、私たちの車での乗車をリクエストできます。
また、コモとブルナーテを結ぶ便利なケーブルカー（わずか8分）を使用する可能性も確認してください。家から歩いて。
リクエストに応じて、自宅からケーブルカー駅までの通路を提供できます。

Luca was so helpful and gave us some excellent local knowledge.The property was great for the 5 of us for our 3 night stay. Snug but great. We saw wild boar in the woods!!

Unieke plek

Unieke plek net buiten de drukte van Como. Verblijf is modern en gelegen op een zeer unieke plek. Je zit ondanks dat het huis van de eigenaar Luca ernaast zit zeer vrij in een bosrijke omgeving. Echt een supper plek om tot rust te komen. Brunate is klein dorp met zeer smalle steile toegangs wegen, de laatste km naar het huis zijn een uitdaging met de auto. Plek leent zich prima voor mooie hiking, fiets trips, je moet alleen niet bang zijn voor wat hoogte meters aangezien er geen meter vlak is. Luca is de perfecte host die je van alle info kan en wil voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wij hebben de auto de hele week laten staan en alles te voet gedaan. Er is een bijna elk kwartier van de dag een trein/ gondel die je in 8 min. naar het hart van Como brengt. Zeer zeker een aanrader!

Quiet, modern and lovely house in the woods. If you like being close to nature this is the place! We felt like home from the first day. So did our children. Luca the friendly owner is always open for giving great tips for visiting the region. Highly recommended!

Just perfect

We stayed at Varesello20 Guest House for a week in June 2013 and are still talking about how great time we had there. Since I saw this house in fe-wo.de I fell in love with it. I was a bit sceptical if it was only photos and that the reality could be different. But the house is exactly as it is on the photos and the surrounding even nicer. Even deer on the photos are real:-) We saw every morning at least one coming almost to our bedroom window. The week we spent there was really hot but considering that the house is in the middle of a forest, every time of a day the temperature was just as it should be. The house is fully equipped with all what you need and if you are missing something Luca, the owner of the house is only a few meters above and he is always happy to help. If you do not need him, you won’t even notice him being around but we felt just very comfortable knowing that someone was there if needed. The house is only about 10 minutes walk to the centre of beautiful village Brunate where you can get small supplies if needed. Although there are a few very nice restaurants in the near, we preferred having our breakfast and a few evenings with a glass of wine and small BBQ at home and enjoy the peacefulness and the atmosphere at Varesello. There are so many thinks you can do there. One week was not enough for all we wanted to do. So we have to come back at some point:-) If you prefer nature, you can go for hiking or walk or mountainbiking. Otherwise, the connection with cable-car from Brunate to Como is excellent, where you can get either boat to the beautiful places, such as Bellagio or Cernobbio around the lake or train e.g. to Milano or other places near Como. We preferred using the public transportation since we did not feel comfortable driving around. The way to the house is very narrow but if you prefer driving, you get used to it. Otherwise Luca is happy to help you there too. Thank you, Luca, once again for building this beautiful place and making our stay so pleasant as it was!

Moderne Ferienwohnung mitten im Wald

Architektonisch gelungenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick in den Wald von Brunate. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (Danke Luca) Super Ausstattung(Kaffee,Essig,Öl...sogar an Kerzen für romantische Abende ist gedacht. Ausflugsziele direkt vor Ort. Kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Stilvolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Lage mitten im Wald - die Rehe kommen tatsächlich bis ans Fenster! Sehr schöne Einrichtung mit vielen besonderen Details, das macht Freude. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vom Haus aus: Wandern, mit der Bergbahn runter an den See oder einfach die Ruhe auf der Liegewiese auf der Dachterasse genießen. Super sauber und gepflegt und ab jetzt auch mit Küchenmesser ;-)

tout nouveau, tout près de Côme

À 7 km au dessus de Côme, une maison exceptionnelle conçue et construite par Luca qui a un reel sens de l'accueil,discret et attentionné . la maison est parfaitement conçue,perdue au milieu de la forêt mais a3 minutes du village de Brunate. Idéal pour visiter le lac de Côme et pour faire des randonnées en forêt ne vous laissez pas impressionnés par les ruelles étroites, nous y sommes arrivés sans problèmes avec notre voiture familiale

Lieu magique dans la région du lac de Come

Fantastique maison d'architecture trés moderne dans un lieu magique au milieu de la forêt. Un lieu original dans une région où ces grandes villas typiques de la région du lac de Come sont toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. Notre hote, Luca, nous a donné de nombreuses idées de visite de la région, celles qui n'apparaissent dans aucun guide. Le service, digne d'un hotel, mérite un 10/10. Par ailleurs le lac de Come et ses environs méritent bien un séjour de plusieurs jours car les possibilités d'excursion sont innombrables. Milan mérite aussi une visite, à une heure de train depuis Como.

Grazie Luca!

We stayed in Brunate for one week. The house is just as it looks on the pictures: comfortable, clean, brand new, cosy and located in a beautiful, quiete and peaceful area. We were two couples and each had our own bathroom which we liked very much. The house is maybe a little bit hard to reach (road narrow and steap) but still it's worth every sharp bend to drive up! Thank you again Luca for your hospitality, the great tips (like the mountaincreek) and the background guitare music in the evening :-) When coming back to Como we will definitely bring a visit to you again! Wonderful stay at Varesello20

What a beautifull house and a beautifull quit place. The house is brand new and with a lot of comfort. It is very nice to have your own bathroom next to your room. The house is complete with erverything you need. The garden outside has a nice small pool, big enough to sit in and relax. Outside you can sit on the rooftop and you have sun allday, next to the house you can sit on the terras or around the tries in the shade. The owner's house is next to the house bug that is no problem at all. The owner is a very nice person and speaks fluently English. He helps you with evrything you need. I will definitely come back there!

Un week end da sogno in una casa immersa nel bosco fuori dai rumori della citta',ma allo stesso tempo a 5 minunti al centro di como tramite la funicolare. immobile curato nei minimi particolari,nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Il proprietario e' gentilissimo e' disponibile per qualsiasi necessita'. Il mio bambino Riccardo di 6 anni e' rimasto entusiasta dell'esperienza. Consiglio sia a coppie per relax e privacy sia a famiglie con bambini per fargli vivere un esperienza indimenticabile a contatto con la natura e gli animali. Cristina Manfredo e Riccardo

Week end in Varesello Venti

Siamo arrivati da una caldissima Milano il 29 giugno e siamo ripartiti il 1 luglio. Eravamo in 3 con mio marito e mio figlio che festeggiava i suoi 6 anni e che ha apprezzato molto la bella vacanza nel bosco . La location in mezzo alla natura ed al bosco e' stata magica staccare dai rumori della citta' e' veramente rigenerante. La casa e' nuovissima siamo stati i primi clienti ad inagurarla,pulitissima silenziosissima. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la funicolare per scendere a Como dove si puo' visitare la citta'. Il proprietario e' gentilissimo disponibile e' molto simpatico. Mi sento di consigliarla sia a coppie in cerca di privacy sia a famiglie con bambini amanti della natura.
