The holiday home "House of Roses" in Como is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available for a fee.

The holiday home features 2 private covered terraces and 2 balconies.

The property is located just a short walk from the historic centre, the Cathedral, the Sociale Theatre, the harbour, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, the accommodation is situated 600 m from the cable car to Brunate and 7 km from Switzerland.

A parking space on the property is available for a fee; free parking can be found on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

A maximum of 5 pets are allowed for a fee.

Air conditioning is not available, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Great stay- great location.

Great location near the center of Como and the Lake. Near restaurants and the things Como has to offer. Great home base for exploring the region.

Thomas was very responsive and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants The neighborhood was close to restaurants, shops and lake.The only issues were the shower and the indoor parking was tight unless you have a very small car.

First trip to Como

This property is in a great location. It’s has pretty much all one needs. Thomas is a great host and always responds quickly. Having air con helped as it was very hot and when he is able, putting it in all the bedrooms will make it even better.

Outstanding Host

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient to the center of town, nice restaurants, plus the ferry. The apartment was as pictured, very clean and the beds very comfortable. Great Host!

Thomas was excellent in communicating with us. The location is very good, within walking distance of the lake, very close to the main church (IL Duomo). The apartment is quite spacious, with the typical classic Italian decor. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. We even had a chance to do laundry (washing machine is available, but as in most places in Italy the clothes have to be air dried, which wasn’t a problem for us). We also ended up having a perfect parking spot for our car. There are excellent places to eat nearby. Our stay was great!
