We really enjoyed the convenience of this location and having access to all that Avalon and Stone Harbor had to offer! The condo is cozy and offers all of the amenities that you need to enjoy a week at the beach with your family.

Cozy and close to the beach

We were in town for a wedding at the Icona and this was a calm, cozy place to stay away from the wedding hoopla. The house was clean with many nice amenities. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of space to lounge and talk. The location was close to the beach, the Icona and a nice park area. We enjoyed the covered porch on rainy,overcast days. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Weekend Wedding Stay

We had a great stay at this property for a family wedding. We were able to bring our dog and the property was perfect for the four of us and walking distance from the venue.

Excellent Beach Condo

Plenty of room in clean spacious 3br condo for our weekend away. 2 full bathrooms made it easy for all adults. Everything on the property worked well and Donna was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definately book again.

Wonderful Last Minute Reservation!

We had another reservation cancelled the night before our trip and were lucky enough to fine Diane’s condo with very little notice. The condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located. Our family of 5 adults and one child had plenty of space. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Perfect weekend at the beach!

We stayed with our 1 year old over new years and had a perfect weekend. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, easy check in and out. Hope to stay again!

Great stay

Perfect stay, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet at night and perfect for a getaway at the beach. I came into town to stay for a wedding and stayed with my husband, mother, and grandparents. Lots of common room space and Our dog was even welcome! Would absolutely stay again!

Another amazing vacation!

This is our 3rd year staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay! The location is perfect - close to the beach, bay and downtown shopping in Stone Harbor! The house is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The host provides all the info you need for a smooth check in and is always quick to respond!!

Perfect Stay for Me & My Boys

My husband, dog, and I had a lovely stay! The house description, size, and overall stay was perfect for us! We loved the reserved parking space and access to the street from both the front and back of the property. The king sized bed was especially nice for us!

Friends' getaway

Perfect overflow accommodations for our friends' group enjoying an extended fall weekend together a few blocks away in Stone Harbor. The house is very welcoming thanks to great hosts, and all of the amenities are outstanding.

Amazing time in Avalon

Amazing host! So responsive. Great apartment and location. Walking distance to everything - Stone Harbor and Avalon. Great parks and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Great location and property

We were in Avalon for a wedding. We brought our 2 old labs along for the weekend. Great kitchen Weber gas grill was a big plus. Front porch is ideal for hanging out and the beach is a block away. Nice place good pots and pans too.
