The house was very nice layout for families, comfortable and clean. Easy access and our host was easy to get hold of and quick to respond. We didn’t do any cooking there but kitchen seemed to have adequate equipment for cooking and eating.

the place itself was great- clean and spacious with all the amenities one would expect. the location is also top notch. however the communication from the hosts is the reason i would give my full recommendation. they were over the top kind- we were navigating a nor easter that weekend and they offered to refund our stay. i would highly recommend this to any family looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in avalon.

Wonderful property in a wonderful neighborhood. Host was an excellent communicator. Everything we needed for the beach in the garage as well as bikes. Short walk to restaurants, shops and beach.

The place is beautiful- an easy walk to the beach and the inclusion of SO MANY beach toys, games, chairs and umbrellas was fantastic. Plus bikes- 6 of them! Communication was prompt. The home is immaculate and well stocked. Will definitely return. Shawn was also kind enough to offer us early check in and late check out since the home wasn’t booked immediately after our departure.

We had a great stay at Shawn’s townhouse! Was the perfect place to stay with my parents as they babysat my 2 month old while I attended a wedding nearby. The house was clean and well stocked. Shawn was an awesome host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this property for a family wedding nearby. The location of the property perfect, with convenient access to the venue, beach and other nearby restaurants and convenient stores. The accommodations and layout of the home were ideal for our family. Check-in was easy and the host was communicative throughout the stay. They were flexible on check-out, offering us more time (if needed), which we took advantage — it was nice to not have to rush out on our last day and enjoy more time together. We would certainly stay here again and recommend the property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Avalon.

Great Stay in Avalon

My family and I had a great stay in Avalon for a long weekend in June. Our trip got off to a particularly great start as our host, Shawn, was kind enough to reach out and offer an additional night at no cost - the weather did not look great for a weekend at the beach, and he reached out to see if we wanted to come down early and take advantage of better weather with an additional day. We did!The house is in great condition, clean, and in a great location close to both the beach and the main drag of Avalon. There are also all the beach supplies you could need - all the essentials plus many other games, bikes to ride around town, etc. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely go back!

Wonderful Rental.

We were in Avalon for our sons wedding and this rental fitted our needs perfectly. The grandkids loved their room with all the toys and stuffed animals. We also enjoyed riding the bikes and using the beach equipment provided. The late check out provided by the owner was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend. Excellent host.

Family Wedding Weekend

This home afforded us the opportunity to enjoy and celebrate with our family and extended family as we celebrated at a wedding. Close to the beach, a block from the bay, within walking distance of many restaurants and stops, we had no problems getting around town. Our favorite time was on the front deck laughing and enjoying stories and memories..

Great place to stay served our needs for two nights stay for a wedding. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Owner very polite and was easy to reach if i had any question or problems. Would stay here again

Worked perfect for our group!

This place is huge & very clean! The host was excellent at communication! The day before we were to arrive, he was having the place serviced & they found a leak which meant no heat! He communicated this with us & had it fixed ASAP so we had heat for the weekend!! Then we had no hot water, so messaged him immediately and he had their service guys there within an hour to fix the problem which was just a “ flip off a switch”! Gave wonderful recommendations of places to eat! Very flexible with checkin/out due to off season! Even gave a refund for water issues which was so generous!! Definitely recommend staying her! 10/10

Another Girls Weekend of fun!

Multigenerational girls weekend for our third year at this property. It’s like coming home! Everything you need is here- games, big living room and plenty of sleep space for all- 3 FULL bathrooms! Quiet street a couple blocks from the beach. They have thought of everything here. Will be back next year!

Offseason Getaway

Perfect spot to enjoy an offseason weekend at the Jersey Shore. Plenty of space, very clean, and nicely located near the town center of Avalon. Overall a great stay.
