Chalet in Bonaire residential area, Alcúdia.



This fabulous house has capacity for 6 people.

It has a habitable surface of 120 m². Spacious living/dining room with a spacious dining table, as well as TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen.

The house has 3 charming double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Also on the ground floor there is 1 toilet.

On the exterior there is a covered terrace of 40 m2 and a garden of 2,000 m2 with lawn, as well as an old grove, which on hot days offers a pleasant shade.

There is also a barbecue available.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Excellent Property in quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Mallorca. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. All appliances worked properly and you wake up to birds singing. Really calm at night, no noises and very peaceful. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Parking spaces available inside and outside the property.

Absolutely perfect

Thank you for such great stay!!! It was everything perfect, from the start with the booking until the check out. Very easy communcation with Mallorca Charme and very flexible. We enjoyed our family holidays, and we are looking forward to come next year!!!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and requires only a short drive to the local beach, which is wide and very pleasant. The bedrooms were comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the house was very suitable for our needs. My main quibbles involve the check-in process and the accuracy of some information provided in the house user guide. I had not received access information for the home 24 hours before my arrival date and had to contact the property manager through VRBO to resolve the situation. The resolution came in time, but the problem caused added stress and frustration during the day leading to our vacation departure.Another problem was the accuracy of the online user guide for the home. The WiFi network listed appeared not to exist. We located the modem and were able to connect to the only listed network using the label on the back of the modem.The only other significant issue involved instructions for disposing of trash and recyclables. The procedures were completely out-of-date and no longer valid. We removed the wet trash from the premises but had to leave the mixed recyclables behind, as we were not provided with the containers required for street collection nor given a schedule for when different trash components would be picked up.

It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful house in Mallorca. From the outset, our communication with Mr. Cipriano and his wife was clear and positive, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.The house itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, reflecting the care and attention to detail that our hosts put into maintaining their property. With ample space to comfortably host up to 6-7 guests, the house provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation with friends and family.As we visited during April, the nights tended to be a bit chilly. However, the house was equipped with an efficient heating system that kept us cozy and warm throughout our stay.One of the highlights was the peaceful and quiet surroundings, which was precisely what we were seeking.

Beautiful

A beautiful villa near Alcudia and a great base for getting around the North of the island. The location is lovely, a very short drive20 minute walk to two small, but lovely beaches. Parking near the beaches is near-impossible through the day, but the walk is quite steep and doesn't offer any shade when it's very hot like it was in early September, so we ended up heading to the beach in the evening. There are supermarkets nearby and a couple of decent restaurants and a little shop near the marina, although again only 'walking distance' if it's cool enough! The neighbourhood is residential, and would have been quite quiet except that the family in the house opposite were pretty noisy and a had a habit of playing loud music / shouting at their Alexa. Luckily that quietened down during the week. The house itself is spacious and equipped with everything you need: a decently stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, comfy sofas and a decent dining space both inside and out on the terrace. The furnishing/decor in the kitchen and bedrooms is a little basic/dated, but the main bedroom in particular has a very comfortable bed. It was very hot when we arrived and the house needed a bit of airing, but the aircon worked very well to keep things cool. The outside space is lovely, with a good amount of shade from the trees as well as a few spots that get the sun (there's also a terrace upstairs that gets direct sun, although there's nowhere to sit up there). The wrap-around terrace was lovely, and we really enjoyed eating out there but beware: when we stayed in September the mosquitos were vicious! I would recommend getting some strong repellent if you want to sit outside past 6PM. One thing did put a dampener on our stay: the hot water wasn't working for the first day and a half and, as we arrived at the weekend, we weren't able to get in touch with the Mallorca Charme Home Rentals until the Monday. However, once we did establish contact they fixed it pretty quickly (even though it looks like it required a new water cylinder). All in all would recommend as a place with lots of space in a nice location. Just bring mozzy spray and check the hot water as soon as you get in!

La casa es muy espaciosa, tiene un amplio jardín con mesa y tumbonas, espacio de sobra para aparcar y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. En apenas un paseo estás en el puerto. La casa cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas vacaciones, cocina equipada, toallas, sábanas, secador… Muy recomendable para grupos de 6. Agradeceríamos un par de toallas más, ya que debido a la humedad no se secaban de un día para otro. Las alcachofas de las duchas habría que cambiarlas, echan el agua en todas direcciones.

A localização é perfeita para uma saída à noite (bares e restaurantes perto) e ótima para quem gosta de ter praias por perto (que era o nosso caso). O espaço exterior podia estar mais arranjado em termos de corte de relva e limpeza de terreno. O sistema de rega está direcionado para a corda da roupa (conselho: deixar a roupa estendida à noite não é uma boa ideia).

La maison, située dans un environnement résidentiel et calme, est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Elle est bien adaptée pour 6 personnes. À noter toutefois que l’escalier en colimaçon qui permet d’accéder à la chambre à l’étage n’est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants. L’extérieur de la maison est vraiment très agréable (terrasse couverte, jardin, table extérieure, transats, rocking chair…). Base idéale pour découvrir toutes les régions de l’île avec un véhicule. Les équipes de Mallorca Charme sont réactives en cas de problème.

Wunderbar ruhig

Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alcudia. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat wunderbar bequeme Betten und eine tolle Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir endlich ein Ferienhaus hatten, das reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet war. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns, die viel selbst kochen: ein neuer kleiner Topf und ein Messer, das richtig gut schneidet, wären perfekt (aber das ist nun wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht eingeschränkt). Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche hier und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

Tamaño de casa esta bien, cumple con las expectativas. No hay todo lo que pone que hay. Falta exprimidor, la BBQ no sirve mucho, parece de juguete, demasiado pequeña. Escalera hacia arriba medio rota. En los baños falta sistema que realmente impide salir agua y algun tipo de estanteria para poder colocar gel/champu dentro de la ducha. Faltan tambien copas de vino.

Wir konnten leider den Außenbereich, Terrasse und Garten, kaum nutzen da es unglaublich viele Mücken gab die uns gleich zerstochen haben. Drinnen roch es muffig und feucht und nach Toilette. Für kleine Kinder sehr ungeeignet. Private Gastgeber können sich besser um ihre Häuser/Wohnungen kümmern. Außer Salz und Essig, Erdnussflips und billigem Tee haben wir nichts vorgefunden. Insgesamt wenig einladend

La casa esta fenomenal. Amplios espacios y sombras para el calor. Se puede hacer vida fuera de la csa incluso en momentos de calor. Todo fue perfecto, sin embargo las escaleras para subir al piso de arriba necesitan una reparacion, hay alguna pieza suelta, y puede ser peligroso. Y quizas un segundo juego de llaves en una casa de 6 personas seria bienvenido.
