The Barn is a large and modern self catering holiday cottage near Faringdon, offering spacious luxury accommodation for 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms. The large living area with chess table opens out onto the lawn and the well stocked kitchen makes catering a breeze. One of five beautifully converted Goodlake Barns which all surround the central courtyard, The Barn can be booked with the other Goodlake Barns to offer flexibility to groups of family and friends. There is plenty to explore nearby including the beautiful Cotswolds which is right on the doorstep! There is a central hub which is a flexible space and can be hired for dinner or meetings depending on your groups needs. The hub is big enough to seat everyone together if booking more than one barn. Please note that the hub is only available on request.

Ground Floor
Spacious and welcoming living room with fireplace, sofas and TV plus chess table. Doors open out on the lawn and courtyard, and really fill the space with light. Modern kitchen equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The large dining table can sit 10 comfortably.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and kitchenette in the annexe with separate access (was originally a separate annexe)

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Infant friendly - there is 1 travel cot and 1 highchair available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as these are not provided)

The Barn is part of a larger estate, Goodlake Barns, where there are neighbouring holiday lets. We politely request that guests are considerate of these neighbours. With this in mind, please do not gather outside after 10pm, and ensure that any music is not audible outside the property after 10pm
