This apartment boats with a privileged location, in the heart of the city, a step from the Cathedral.



This newly refurbished penthouse boats with a privileged location, in the heart of the city, right in one of the most authentic squares, Plaza de la Encarnación, a step from the Cathedral and close to many restaurants, shops and main touristic sights.



It has been totally refurbished and it offers a sleek and stylish design mixing modernity and classicism to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. Its unique and beautiful interior was specifically crafted for the space by our team of professional interior designers.



The attic has an open plan living room and a space to relax and a dining area which comes with a table with seats for up to 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen that has a breakfast bar with two stools and a 1,60 sofa bed, a master bedroom fitted with a bed (1,50m x 2,00m) and complete bathroom.



The best part is the 20m terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the city.

Fantastic unit. Amazing deck and view. Great location. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Even the neighbors seemed friendly, which is unexpected (who would want a holiday rental as a neighbor!). Staff at the Moana Restaurant in the courtyard below were very nice, and the food was great too. Would stay there again with no hesitation, only I'd stay at least 4 nights to truly explore and enjoy the area. A few minor points to improve: Unit is a little sparse on dishes and consumables: A teapot would be good, more large mugs, and some dish soap would be nice. Having more than one coffee pod (and one decaf pod, which doesn't really count!) would be nice to have coffee on the first day in case you get in too late to go to the grocery store). Also there were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. Would be nice to have as the pillows supplied were a little flat. There is no clothes dryer, so be prepared to air dry your clothes. Also be careful of your head. We were warned but both hit our heads pretty hard once or twice each. Finally, you'll need to be ok with stairs as the final floor staircase is in the unit, so you can't ride the elevator all the way. Minor complaints given how much we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Stunning apartment

We really loved this modern apartment which is in a central location. The balcony has incredible views, the interior is very modern and there is everything you need for a very comfortable stay (full kitchen, washing machine etc). There is a very small elevator up to the 4th floor, and as you enter the apartment there are a few additional steps that go into your living space (all very easy/safe). We would stay here again without hesitation! Stunning.

Property was beautiful and in a great area. Really enjoyed the stay and views. Only thing was it was listed as a 2 bedroom and it’s a 1 bedroom with a foldout couch. Still highly recommend.

Beautiful Penthouse

Best experience in Granada. The location of the apartment is ideal to walk everywhere and enjoy the city center. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The agency running the rental and the owner are totally dedicated to make your experience unforgettable. We will be back .

Granada great

Up 4 floors by elevator and then climb one floor up on marble stairs (no handrail + a fall would be disastrous) to a huge space which includes a large outdoor terrace, fire pit, seating for a dozen and another dozen standing - and all with a view over the roof tops of Granada. A place for a grand party or for 2 adults to appreciate the sensitivity of its creation. And oh yes the wall in the bedroom has a slant so mind your head!
