This charming and pleasant apartment is located in a newly renovated building in the heart of Granada, overlooking Zacatín Street, in the city’s most commercial and historic area. Its privileged location places it near the city’s most important monuments, making it the ideal base for exploring Granada.

The apartment is spacious and features a cozy living room with traditional balconies, offering views of the iconic Zacatín Street and its connection to Plaza Bib Rambla. The living room is furnished with a 150 cm double sofa bed, an armchair, a Smart TV, and a dining area with a table for four guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, including a washer-dryer.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, Smart TV, and a built-in wardrobe. It also has a full bathroom with a shower.

The property has heating and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring high comfort throughout the year.

Perfect location in Granada

We were visiting Granada for only 3 days and this apartment was a perfect location. In the heart of the city center with tons of restaurants and plazas all around. We walked to the Alhambra, Albaicin, and the university area. Five minutes from Plaza Nuevo and 7 from Paseo de los Tristes. The space itself was lovely. Although it was in the middle of the city center, it was quiet in the evening and enabled us to come back and relax. Communication was excellent and so hospitable. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and were so impressed by this incredible apartment. Check in process was very easy to meet the property manager. The location was perfect and the apartment itself was amazing. I will definitely come back again with my husband.

Terrific Apartment

Lovely space, comfortable bed and great location. Personally greeted by a staff person who was available to answer questions during my stay and always responded within minutes. The apartment is located in the center of things but is not plagued by street noise. Walking distance to almost everything including the Alhambra and the Albaicin. Would stay here again

Overall, it’s a beautiful apartment. The location is good, especially if you’re wanting to explore the greater area. However, it is nestled in between very busy, tourist-centric vendors and stores. The apartment is very clean and attractive. However, the huge disappointment was the broken washing machine. Apparently, per the liaison who was getting us settled, the prior tenants had broken the washing machine. Granted, this isn’t the owners fault, but it created a big inconvenience for us, who had counted on having a washing machine and dryer at our disposal. It caused us to change our schedule just so that we would have clean clothes to wear. Having to take time out of our vacation to go and wash our clothes at a laundry facility was a big disappointment. One of the reasons we chose this unit to rent was that it had a washing machine. Not having that at our disposal was very disappointing and an inconvenience. They offered to pay for what we would pay to have our clothes laundered, but in reality, the bigger loss was our time that we had to take away from our vacation. This was something we had anticipated on being able to do at our leisure at the apartment, and really, the cost of that far exceeds the handful of euros to wash our clothes at a facility.

Great Location

This apartment is very centrally located, right in the middle of old town. Walking distance to everything. If you’re driving a car, you’ll need to park in parking garage close by. All the detailed info was well communicated with host. Checking in and out was super quick and efficient. The apartment is stunning, exactly like in the pictures on site. We stayed in a 1 bedroom plus pull out sofa for our 15 year old son. Plenty of space and comfortable.

Great Location

This apartment is located in the heart of Granada. It is located in the walking only section of the town center, which means no cars or horns sounding. Granada is a great town for walking and this apartment places you in the center of it. Staff was friendly and helpful, we did need to wait for check-in, but we were early. We locked ourselves out of the apartment and someone was able to help us with ten minutes. Our and a view of the street and the shops. It had a great ventilation and all the amenities.

Beautiful Space

The flat is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Terrific location, though it can be noisy with the windows open in the day. That did not bother us one bit, and we always had the windows open. It's in the centre of a European city. Of course there is noise. The falt is well-outfitted. One issue, which was reported but ultimately not dealt with was the spotty wifi. It could be great, but it could also be painfully slow or not there at all for short periods. For us, it was a frustration. For someone trying to do work remotely it would be a didaster, so I would confirm with the host that this has been resolved. Otherwise, we loved it!

Just Perfect

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very well done and comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. A few staples like salt, pepper and oil would have been fantastic but I recognize that the kitchen isn’t important to everyone. The location is fantastic. Easy to get to and good walking distance to a lot of nearby interests. On a pedestrian only street so you will have to do some walking with your luggage but once there a lift will get you to your apartment. The street is all stores so it’s quiet at night. The bus to Alhambra was just a 5 minute walk away. Good restaurants in the area. Hosts were on hand for check in and prompt communication with them. We would definitely book here again.
