Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the condo watching dolphins swim to viewing Clearwater Beach. The condo is located directly on the Gulf with Penthouse views in beautiful Sand Key Clearwater Beach along with year round sunsets.
Full time property manager and Property maintenance with 24/7 gate security.
Large one bedroom, 1.5 Baths. King bed in master and sleep sofa in the living room.
Fully equipped condo plus locked storage unit.
Designated parking place and a visitor parking lot on site.
LHT provides owners and guests/tenants with a common storage area across from the Maintenance Dept on the garage level for bikes, paddles boards and/or kayaks.

LHT is a private beach with private beach access. Pool and spa. LHT has a private tennis court with a pickle ball court, Two grills with a tiki bar. There is a sun deck on level 3. Access to the trolley for transportation. Great location for shopping, restaurants, Golf, Boating and more. TWO WEEK RENTAL MINIMUM.

Beautiful view

Great location with a private beach. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.Our host Susan was very kind, informative with the condo rules, and how to use the trolley to get around the area.We hope to be able to stay again soon.

The condo was immaculate and as advertised. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved the stunning views from the picture window as well as the lanai. Our host was fantastic and very easy to get in touch with. We loved everything about the property and the condo. Would stay there again.

Perfect from start to finnish. Instructions from Suzane were excellent, the condo was ready to walk into...every amienity was there, ready to use.Then there are the views from the floor to ceiling windows.. 20th floor overlooking Sand Key beach, Clearwater.There is also a small balcony that can be accessed from either the lounge area or the bed room.Lying in bed at night, listening to the waves roll on shore... relaxing, oh yeah.There are also 24 hr security on site..

Winter Getaway!

The Condo was very clean with great views. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels. Great views of the gulf with floor to ceiling windows and balcony. Responsive host to some questions we had. Suzane included great information about restaurants and local things to do. Peaceful and quiet stay. We even experience seeing a "fog bow" on a foggy day :)

What a lovely stay!

Can't believe what an excellent stay we had ! The first thing you see on the top floor was the beautiful view you had of the gulf and beach from the ceiling to floor windows. Wow! The condo was super clean and had all the equipment you could possibly need. Our hostess we rented from was so nice.! Loved our special welcoming gift! So thoughtful. I would not hesitate to rent from her again. Oh the pool area and beach were great as was the convenience of restaurants and shopping.

2 weeks in Paradise

Suzane calls her condo “paradise” and it is a fitting name. We’ve stayed in the area several times and love Sand Key. The condo is on the top floor and has fantastic views. It was nice over the 4th Holiday because from there we could see fireworks in all directions for miles. Suzane is a wonderful host, always quickly responding to questions we had. The condo is wonderfully equipped including a drying rack for towels and swimsuits, and is the first condo where we’ve stayed that had an ice cream scoop! We always bring one! Loved this beautiful condo!

Location was perfect!

Paradise it is!

Our 2 week stay was just fabulous. The unit is extremely clean and well furnished with everything you need. It’s wonderful to have breakfast on the balcony and watch the sunsets in the evening! Suzanne is just awesome - and very welcoming! We hope to return next year!

Fantastic views!!!!

One of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented. The unit was very well stocked with cleaning supplies paper products. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of towels, other linens and beach towels. The owner even gave us wine, cheese and Starbucks Frappuccino. We enjoyed are visit very much!!!

Sun and fun

Suzane met me at the gate, helped me unload my SUV and took me up to her rental. She showed me around, explained where her locker was, what keys to use. Very helpful. The view from the living room and balcony were amazing. The kitchen was well supplied as was the linen closet. It was nice to have a wagon to transport chairs and snacks down to the beach. She also provided a list of eateries and activities. I hope to return next year.

The condo is in a beautiful location with panoramic views of the Gulf. You can walk for miles and enjoy it all. Suzane was wonderful, and readily available to answer any questions. She made our visit very enjoyable.

Wonderful vacation in a spectacular setting

Sometimes the little things are as important as the big things. The big things were great: beautiful clean condo with a spectacular view and a beautiful beach. The little things made the difference: from having coffee and the necessities provided to the gift left by the owner. We enjoyed our visit; the condo was beautiful and our dealings with the owner first class. We would highly recommend.

We had another amazing stay at Suzane’s condo! Everything we needed to make our time there feel like home was provided, and we appreciate all the thoughtful extras she included. The beach is incredible, we saw dolphins, a manatee, a stingray, and found sand dollars, sea stars and beautiful shells. And when we weren’t on the beach, we still could enjoy the spectacular view from the huge windows or the balcony. Can’t wait for next summer when we get to come back!!

Lovely condo with uninterrupted gulf views

Condo was great, exceptionally clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Absolutely spectacular views from condo directly onto the Gulf of Mexico, amazing sunsets every night. Would definitely recommend for a lovely peaceful vacation.
