This was our second stay here. We absolutely love the location and value. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The balconies are amazing; we love sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins in the bay. We will for sure book this place again.

Beautiful views. The only downfall was a few times the elevator was out and going up 6 flights of stairs was horrible with the high heat index.

Great communication from host. Location was very convenient. Outstanding views from balcony/walkway at front door. Spent several mornings and evenings enjoying beverages while we watched the dolphins in the water. On the less than ideal front: The condo felt like many things were an afterthought instead of designed to really welcome guests. For example, several kitchen items were old/very worn or felt like they were dollar store items. It was extremely difficult to reach the dishes and glasses too. The living area was adequately sized and worked well for a couple. The kitchen seating and the living area chair were dirty and stained so we didn’t use them. These were fairly minor, but it would really make the condo better if they were addressed. The washer/dryer worked fine, but rusted because of salt air. There was a jagged edge under the washer lid that could cut someone.The biggest issue was the bathroom.The shower liner was pink from mildew on the bottom third, the anti-slip mat for the bathtub was so dirty we didn’t use it, there was no bathmat, no extra toilet paper beyond what was out, and one of the towels had several bleach spots and a hole in it. In general, it felt a bit dirty. Overall, great location, outstanding view, the condo was adequate, but it wouldn’t take much attention to make it really stellar. Key improvements: add smart tv for streaming, fix bathroom issues, provide shampoo/soap for shower, and if possible provide updated mattress/pillows

Please address any cleaning problems right away, as I could have the cleaning crew come back and address it, not nice to leave a low star rating when those problems can be rectified by the cleaning crew.
