Fabulous! Lovely villa, really private and quiet. Great pool. Plenty of space in the villa- we were 2 adults and 3 kids/teens. 5 mins to beach and shop and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would return!

Family holiday

A great location and nice villa. The only thing that disappointed was the kitchen. It was missing basic essentials that you would expect with a villa of this price (items like salt, some olive oil etc).

A relaxing week

Very nice house in a very quiet neighborhood but only a very short walk to town and beach. Nice, responsive owners. As stated by others, the kitchen is bare, no spices, salt, pepper, coffee, etc so stop at a store on the way there. Ample pots and pans, dishwater. A love town and beach.

Nice location property not as expected

The pictures of the property are embellished a little. Property is tired and in need of updated kitchen and bathrooms. It could have been cleaner. Kitchen door hanging off and lack of equipment to self cater. Issues with using kitchen facilities as electricity tripped if you use the job and the oven at the same time. I would not recommend based on our experience.

A nice late May holiday

We enjoyed our stay with the location being good and the village having great facilities with supermarkets and places to eat as well as lovely beaches. The villa was a bit let down by the kitchen arrangement having to close the door every time you want to open the fridge! The rest of the villa was in good condition although we had to get in contact with the owner after arrival as the hot water was not working which was dealt with very quickly, as well as replacing a faulty air conditioning unit. The upstairs room was a mezzanine and quite light so not ideal if you are woken up when it gets light. We enjoyed the pool, which while not heated was warm enough to play about in most days. The location is ideal to explore the local area and is not overrun with large hotels and it never felt busy either on the beach or when eating out.

Das Ort und die Lage ist toll.

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt Juli 2023 als vierköpfige Familie, als wir ankamen war ich etwas geschockt das Haus auf den Fotos, entdprachen nicht der Realität, die Fotos wurden gemacht und dann direkt alles, was das Haus schön und gemütlich macht direkt abgeholt, keine Kissen, keine Teppiche und schöne Sitzmöbeln, alle Möbeln sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Draußen Metallstühle ohne Auflagen oder die Rattanmöbeln draußen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kaputt und richtig dreckig. Das Haus muffelt etwas nach alt, das Bad war sehr dreckig, haben die Vermieter benachteiligt, am nächsten Tag kamen die Mädchen für das Bad, die Küche ist dreckig und schlecht ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt und kühlt nicht richtig. Zu den Elternschlafzimmer gelangt man über eine schmale Treppe, die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr traumhaft, leider ist in diesem Schlafzimmer keine Dusche vorgesehen, sondern eine alte Badewanne mit Plastikvorhang, haben dann unten bei den Kindern geduscht. Der Pool ist traumhaft, muss man aber vorher sauber machen. Das Haus steht sehr schon ruhig am Waldrand und es fallen viele Kiefernnadeln runter, deswegen als erstes morgens muss man alles sauber machen, sonst sitzt man draußen im Dreck. Aber nach dem wir alles gereinigt haben und etwas eingelebt haben konnten wir den Urlaub genießen, die süßen Katzen kamen uns besuchen, die Laage ist wirklich traumhaft, nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, das Ort ist nicht überfüllt, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Mückenspray !!!!

Very nice property to stay with the family. The road approaching the property is pretty bad for driving and also with a pushchair. You will need a torch on a night when walkiing back home. Otherwise a comfortable property in a lovely area of Majorca

Wonderful Villa in a glorious location

The Villa was fantastic with everything you need with the Eroski and Lidl supermarkets only 5mins drive back toward Pollensa. In Pollensa itself there are artisan grocery shops and a weekly Sunday market if you’d prefer to shop local. Cala San Vicenc is a lovely (what would have been) old fishing village with 4 beaches the sandiest and best of which is down the hill and a 10min (max) walk from the Villa - perfect for our two young girls. The pool at the villa is 8m x 4m and again perfect for us all with outdoor seating, sun loungers and a BBQ around the pool. at evening we tended to sit on the balcony off the master bedroom over looking the village - take or buy mozzie spray as they come out in force at night! We went out to Pollensa, Port de Pollensa, Alcudia, the beaches at Cap de Formentor (a must do if you have a car) and down as far as the Caves of Drach. It was a hot holiday so the pool and/or the beach were used every day. Food and drink wise - in CSV there are 8-9 good options with our favourites being Pepes, Barques, Bar Mallorca and Marinas who all looked after our girls even when they were tired and squawky! In Pollensa the restaurants on the main square and at the bottom of the Calvary are consistently good but the Trencadora is lovely, does great food and is a favourite spot of ours Back to the villa and having been in various properties in the area over the past 5yrs or so this would be our favourite for both the house itself, the great help provided by Marilen and the glorious location in Cala San Vicenc which is such a great spot. We would recommend Villa Paco if you want a quiet traditional holiday in a small village rather than a English style “strip” and everything that comes with that different experience.

Great villa close to the beach

We had a great stay at this villa in May. Lots of space both in and outside and a lovely pool. Very short walk from the beach with stunning views. We would definitely come back here. Only a couple of points of feedback in that if you are self-catering there is a distinct lack of sharp knives and glasses. It’s down an unmade very bumpy road so if you are arriving by car when dark be mindful of this. The large en-suite bedroom is on a mezzanine floor accessed via a spiral staircase so wouldn’t be suitable for ppl with mobility issues.

Superb Villa and stay

Beautiful Villa tucked away on fringe of Cala Sant Vincenc. Easy walk down a track into Vincenc to beach and restaurants but away from the bustle. At back of Villa around the pool it feels like an oasis in nature. Villa itself lovely and beautifully presented and great information and support from hosts. Thank you !

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur und bietet alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Der Ort ist sehr schön und größere Geschäfte (Lebensmittel) bei Pollenca sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
