- A € 500.00 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found.

📍Location and surroundings: In the Campofelice di Roccella area, our residential complex is surrounded by greenery and is quiet yet close to everything: with flip-flops and a beach towel, a pleasant 450-meter walk will take you directly to the beach.
We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to be mobile and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance just 4 km away makes getting to all the island's other wonders quick and easy. Nearby: pubs, 4 supermarkets, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a train station (1.6 km), and a gas station.
