The house is amazing. Whoever designed the layout should be applauded. We immediatley felt 'at home' and relaxed. You have access to sun or shade throughout the day via the lovely terraces and the pool area is blessed with sunshine most of the day. The view from the front (see photos) is superb. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are large and the air con is very efficient. The open plan kitchen and dining area is large and blends into the very large lounge, which has an amazing picture window looking out to sea and Denia. The kitchen has everything you need.

Aangenaam zwembad in hitteperiode juli 2022.
