We loved this room one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in at any condo on the beach especially for the price! Well stocked and the main bathroom was amazing! Air blows cold which is refreshing coming off the hot beach!! No regrets on this one!

Beautiful place

Our family traveled here from Indiana and had a wonderful time. The view was amazing, the condo had all the things we needed, short walk to beach, and the indoor pool was warm and nice for the kids. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back.

Great location! Beautiful condo for a family of 5!

Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin with easy access to the beach. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The condo was very clean with bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to use. The automated communication with the owners were timely and included all pertinent information. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views and condo decor

This was one of the best stays I've had along the gulf. The master suite is absolutely stunning and you cannot beat the views from this penthouse. It comfortably sleeps 10 people. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with all the appliances you could need/want. A wonderful location as well. The best restaurants and shopping are within 5 mi.!

Clean and Roomy

When we arrived at the condo, we were very pleased with the size of the unit. It fit 9 adults comfortably. You could tell that extra effort was made to clean and sanitize. They even had starter soaps and paper goods much like a hotel. The proximity to the beach is great and the balcony was comfortable.

Hello Joanne, Thank you for your review. The new owners are working very hard to have the unit updated. The most recent updates include a new Master Bedroom King mattress and the upgrade of a King bed in the 2nd bedroom and Queen in the 3rd Bedroom. They have also added eight brand new dining room chairs. The balcony furniture will also be updated soon for comfortably enjoying the sunrise and sunset views! We are very excited for the upcoming season and hope to have you back very soon. Thank you for choosing Ocean Reef Resorts.

Absolutely beautiful!!!! Hate we were unable to get in the ocean due to red flags but still enjoyed the beauty of the ocean and watching children dig tirelessly holes in the sand. The penthouse view was amazingly stunning! Saw different type of sharks feeding early morning along w stingray. The penthouse had everything we needed and more!! Thank you so much for sharing your piece of heaven for my family and me to make wonderful memories of a lifetime!!!!!

Lack of ADA Compliance for beach and pool access

We absolutely loved the unit we stayed in. It was perfect for our family. I am however very disappointed in the properties lack of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We rented a beach wheelchair for my father but their are only steps to the beach - we had to use the emergency vehicle beach access down the road and we almost flipped the beach wheelchair because it was not designed for this purpose. In addition they did not have the lift to get a handicap person into the pool. The entire purpose of our trip was for my father to go to the beach and the pool so you can imagine his disappointment.
