Great location for our Ladies group cycle trip

The house was right in the center of Pollensa. It was well maintained and perfect for our group of 6 ladies on a cycling trip. Would recommend.

Loved everything about our stay. Communication with Michelle was amazing, she was incredibly helpful during our stay and went out of her way to assist us - even after we left! The house was in a perfect spot, nicely furnished and really clean and tidy. Loved the plunge pool and terrace. Would have happily stayed for a month!

Great house, great location. We have stayed in Pollensa many times in various different houses and would be happy to stay here again. The house was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space and all of the amenities needed. It was so convenient to walk around the area with access to local shops and plenty of excellent dining. We were also close enough to visit neighboring beaches and pueblos. 10/10 recommend. I'd like to highlight the excellent communication and service we received. We stayed during an incredible heat wave, which meant some issues with AC (something the whole town experienced) and the need to have some water delivered. The team was incredibly responsive and addressed all of our needs promptly.

Fantastic location

The property was good for us, two very good en-suite double rooms for two couples and plenty of space for us. The two twin rooms were not so good and definitely 'short straws' if there were more people. There was a good BBQ facility but no impliments whatsoever to utilise it! The washing and drying machines worked well but there were no facilities to air dry sport clothing - cycling, walking etc. - which would have been damaged in a dryer. We had to buy an airing rack and pegs to carefully dry our cycling and walking kit, hopefully that will be left there for the next guests. We enjoyed the central location and the space in the house, overall a good stay for us.

It’s a great house with an ideal living space. Location is perfect on a quiet street, just 5 mins to main square, amenities and pretty much all you need. Outdoor space is better than in pictures. The pool although small is perfect to cool down, I found dealing with Pollentia Rentals highly professional and slick.

We had a wonderful week in Pollensa and were sorry to leave the festivities in the early hours of this morning to return home. The house was beautiful and perfectly located in the centre of the old town, ideal for us and our grown up children. Thank you again, we will be back.
