A clean and spacious villa with air conditioning in the bedrooms. A good location, close to the beach and to popular cycling routes. The garage came in handy for securely storing our bikes.

Perfect accommodation

Idea accommodation for short stay in Mallorca. We used as a base for cycling holiday. This was perfect in every way possible. Would highly recommend.

Great holiday

A super holiday. Access in to the house using the key box was easy. The house was advertised with a bath but there were only showers. The only programmes on the tv were in German. Everything else was fantastic.

Can Bauza

Great location and the size was very good. Very well equipped. There were some initial problems with the door and aircon which were resolved ok. The villa was only cleaned once in the two weeks.

Tired, desperate need of refurbishing

Apart from the location, I struggled to find anything good about this property. The whole property needs a total refurbishment. There is very little about it that is lovely, apart, possibly from the upstairs en suite. I will never return to this property, and if I was you, I would avoid it and look at a better one.

Great location with sunny garden

The villa is in a great location. Near the bus stop, beach and big supermarket, Eroski Center. The pool was loved by all. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms was a welcome addition as well. The garden faces south west so plenty of sunshine morning till night. The villa was not as clean as we would have liked it to have been. There was only one set of keys available, which was tricky for a large group. The lack of basic provisions such as a salt shaker, kitchen roll, oil etc was a pain. Yes, we were left a welcome pack but 2 salt sachets and 2 single servings of olive oil don’t go very far when you are a large group.

Amazing location with a pool. Bathrooms spacious and new. The house really needs a fan downstairs in the main living room. It was unbearably hot. The garden also needs some serious attention. Felt very run down. It was impossible to sit outside past 12:00 with no umbrella so we had to buy our own. Small things can make a big difference.

Pekný priestranný dom s pekným bazénom a pár minút chôdze od pekných pláží. Podlaha nebola čistá keď sme prišli. V susednom dome robili kompletnú rekonštrukciu a tak nás budili robotníci kladivami a zbíjačkami každé ráno o 8 hodine. Za to však Hostiteľ nemôže, ale ak by sme to vedeli dopredu, tak by sme si vybrali iné ubytovanie.

Good use of pool, nice size rooms and good air con in bed rooms, great for families who don’t mind a short walk from beach. The dog in garden outside 24/,7 next door barking all day/,some nights too, electricity tripped a lot of times in first few days and took us unplugging things to figure it out not maintenance man. Lots of dust.

La casa es muy grande y cómoda. La piscina es una gran ventaja y el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones perfecto. Camas cómodas. Baños espaciosos. Solo eché en falta vasos más grandes para tomar una copa y algo más de menaje. El resto muy bien. La ubicación es perfe ta y se aparca en la misma puerta. Sin duda una casa muy recomendable

We had a great stay in this villa

We had a great stay in this villa. It was very clean and was was well equipped. The pool area was clean, with four loungers to relax on. It was in a quiet residental area, easy walking distance to Puerto Pollensa beach. Lovely restuarants within a 5 minute walk. Close to the port of pollensa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We will be returning one day.

It is a lovely place nice located, just minor issues.

We cannot find the place on arrival, so we call the phone number. There was some one to answer our call even in the mid of the night. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is great, near beach. With a pool in the garden. We arrived almost mid-night , the property wasn',t easy to find, there was no where to find the name of ",Beach Villa Can Bauza", from main street, number plate and address were both confusing. Add a sign on the main street will be helpful. No shampoo in the bathroom, and one of the toilet kept making noise when flushing

Fantastic Villa

Wasy Villas were really easy to deal with. We booked in 2019 and with the pandemic we only got out in 2022. They communicated effectively and we got an extra 3 days for keeping our booking. Will definately use again.
