Our apartment has a good space leaving you the luxury of feeling at home. The apartment has all the comforts you will need during your stay.

The heart of the house, the living room! It is an open space perfect for spending time with the family, with a beautiful contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want. You will have an oven, microwave, cooking plate and even a washing machine.

In our room you will find what you are looking for, perfect to enjoy rest, well-being and disconnection. Fully equipped and furnished, in addition to having good lighting.

Enjoy your vacation in its maximum splendor, breathtaking views and absolute tranquility, the landscape will be a memory that you will never forget. Incredible views of the sea and the coast of Candelaria and Bocacangrejo, both day and night.

Open space accogliente, peccato per la gestione e i rumori

L’appartamento è un open space situato al terzo piano, senza ascensore, quindi bisogna prepararsi a fare tre rampe di scale ogni volta. L’alloggio in sé è carino, con una bella vista e un arredamento moderno, ma ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi che hanno un po’ rovinato l’esperienza. Il check-in è stato complicato: era tutto online e dovevamo mostrare il documento alla videocamera, ma il sistema non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’assistenza e siamo rimasti al telefono per più di dieci minuti; in totale abbiamo atteso circa mezz’ora prima di riuscire ad entrare. Inoltre, il primo codice che ci avevano fornito per aprire la cassaforte delle chiavi era sbagliato. L’appartamento si trova vicino a una strada piuttosto trafficata, e purtroppo non ci sono finestre con una chiusura standard né porte che isolino bene, quindi si sente molto il rumore esterno. Durante il soggiorno c’erano anche lavori sia negli appartamenti vicini sia sulla strada sottostante, il che ha reso l’ambiente ancora più rumoroso. La cucina è dotata di microonde e piano a induzione, ma le pentole e le padelle erano piccole e alcune non funzionavano correttamente con il piano a induzione. M mancavano anche gli essenziali base come olio, sale e pepe. Sarebbe stato utile avere una friggitrice ad aria o utensili più adatti. Inoltre, abbiamo notato qualche formica in giro. Il divano era molto scomodo: teoricamente doveva diventare un divano letto, ma mancavano sia il materasso sia i cuscini adatti. Non c’erano nemmeno accessori utili per andare in spiaggia. Nonostante tutto, l’appartamento in sé è grazioso e la vista davvero piacevole, ma alcuni dettagli, soprattutto il rumore, e la gestione del check-in potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere l’esperienza più confortevole

Grandes vistas, buena estancia, agradable, hogareño, un pequeño pero: ascensor, pero nada como hacer un poco de ejercicio (sin maletas) En serio. volveré fijo, no sé cuanto tiempo tardaré pero volveré y al mismo.

3er PISO SIN ASCENSOR,CAMA MUY INCOMODA,LIMPIEZA BRILLA POR SU AUSENCIA,NULO APARCAMIENTO

- 3er PISO SIN ASCENSOR: El apartamento está en un 3er piso sin ascensor (cosa que para ser un alojamiento turístico, cuesta bastante subir la maletas). - LA CAMA: MUY INCOMODA, colchón desgastado no, lo siguiente, cosa que ya lo puso una persona que se alojó aquí hace 2 años. Patas de cama inestables sujetas con topes de corcho. - TV DE LA HABITACIÓN sin apenas señal de antena y se veían los canales a cortes o NO se veían la mayoría de ellos. - LIMPIEZA suelo muy deficiente. - EL COMEDOR: Mueble de la TV se cae, está doblado, cosa que ya lo puso una persona que se alojó aquí hace 2 años. - BAÑO: "Los artículos de aseo gratis" que pone Booking en la descripción, según el propietario, son: 1 bote de gel familiar a medio usar, y 1 bote de champú igualmente a medio usar. Las toallas muy desgastadas y con manchas de lejía. - APARCAMIENTO: En Booking pone que tiene aparcamiento para 2 coches, y en cambio, no hay aparcamiento privado. Se lo pregunto al propietario y me dice que es un error de Booking y que le han puesto una queja a Booking, y el propietario me dice que hay sitio siempre en los alrededores, en cambio, yo tengo que ir a aparcar a más de 200metros. También en Booking pone que se aparca fácilmente en el exterior y es difícil encontrar aparcamiento en el exterior hasta en un descampado anexo al edificio. - MASCOTAS: En Booking pone que puedo llevar a mascotas, y en cambio, tuve que preguntar a la propiedad del alojamiento, y al principio me dijo que no podía llevarlas. VIENDO QUE DESDE HACE 2 AÑOS, LOS QUE SE HAN ALOJADO EN ESTE APARTAMENTO HAN PUESTO CRITICAS NEGATIVAS, Y EL PROPIETARIO NO HA SOLUCIONADO NINGUNA DE LAS DEFICIENCIAS NI DESGASTES DEL APARTAMENTO, Me arrepiento NO HABER CONSULTADO ANTES perfectamente LOS COMENTARIOS-OPINIONES de las personas que se han alojado con anterioridad, Y NO HUBIERA ELEGIDO ESTE ALOJAMIENTO.
