Home is stunning! Locating is great and we enjoyed ourselves and the amenities. The only thing is the bed sizes and locations on the listing was not accurate. We were 5 adults and two kids and we were comfortable. There is a primary bedroom and bathroom very private and comfortable, another queen room, a twin room with a single twin bed and a trundle (sleeps 3). Another room with full size bed and trundle (sleep 3) another room with a double or full size bed (can’t recall) two additional full bathrooms aside from the primary suite. The location is 6 minutes driving from the city center which is very convenient to run down to see the town and quiet when you want to come back and cook a delicious meal and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the home. We will be coming back!

The house was wonderful and the yard was amazing. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The backyard was huge and absolutely beautiful.Jorge the caretaker was wonderful and very helpful.The only problem we had was the location. On the VRBO site it said it was a 5 minute walk to town and the lake, it was not. It would take approximately 30/45 minutes to walk to town/lake and you would have to walk on a very busy hiway, by car it took about 10 minutes.But, if we were to go to Pucón again I would definitely rent this house again.

The Best of Both World's

The property is an idyllic hide away 5-7 minutes from the town of Pucon. Although we were unable to locate the house using our google maps app or maps.me app, a call to the property owner and he messaged the property manager who met us in town and led us to the property. The beautiful landscaping provides complete privacy for the large property. We enjoyed playing a modified pickle ball game on the tennis court and spikeball in the soccer field. The swimming pool was pristine and refreshing. We enjoyed the hammocks and the outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen was well equipped for quick prep meals or full dinner preparation. And the property manager was in everyday to do kitchen, bathroom, and floor cleanup. It seemed we were just in time for peak cherry season and the local fruit stands provided great garden grown fare. Grocery stores include El tit and Chile's walmart "Lider". The manager also taxied some in our group, from and back, to the airport (ZCO) for a fee competative with taxi rates. We got a package deal and climbed Volcan Villarrica (not for the faint of heart), rode the rapids, and enjoyed the thermas geometricas about 1.5 hrs drive from Pucon. I did misunderstand the description of the beds in the home. The term double bed would be more accurately described for me as trundle bed. So one of the married couples shared a room with a trundle bed. Our kids speak spanish and I used the translate now app when we needed to communicate with the property manager. The trip was fantastic we only wish we could have stayed through the new year to see the fire works at the lake. I heartily recommend this property.
