Casa Don Leviは、Volcan Villaricaの麓に位置する真新しいモダンな家です。 火山の景色を含むパノラマの景色を望む静かなプライベート。 この新しい家はあなたが必要とするすべての快適さに加えて屋外ホットタブと屋根付きバーベキューエリアを備えています。 主要道路 'camino al volcan'のそばに位置し、冬季はSkiPucónへのアクセスが簡単で、夏季はLake Villaricaからわずか数分です。

Mallalafquén[1]（Mapudungunの前ヒスパニック系の名前）としても知られるVillarrica湖は、Cautín州の南東部にあるチリのLake DistrictのSantiagoから南へ約700キロメートルの場所にあります。 東海岸には主要観光地で人気のスキーリゾートであるプコン市があり、西岸にはビヤリカ市があります。

夏には、湖の暖かい水のためにセーリング、カヤック、スポーツフィッシング、水上スキーなどのウォータースポーツが人気です（表面温度は19〜22℃）。 冬の平均気温は10°Cです。

世界で最も活動的な10のうちの1つであるビヤリカ火山は湖の南に位置しています。 近くに2つのチリ国立公園があります。ウエルクエとビヤリカ。 後者はその天然温泉で有名です。

Fantastic property and host!

Secluded home with all modern conveniences. It was both clean and orderly. The communications with the home owner and the local property caretakers was fantastic! The hot tub was a real treat, and having the caretaker fire up the wood burner and prepare the tub was no small task, well worth the added expense.The road to the house was easy, and Marianne was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We highly recommend this place for a more upscale stay and experience!

Great place to unwind in Pucon

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Pucon yet still be close to it, then this is the place for you. Located just off of Camino Volcan, it's close to the ski hill as well as volcano. Within a few minutes you can reach the town site. The house is very spacious and modern with awesome amenities. Lots of room to relax in and out. The outdoor BBQ area was almost complete (weather delayed) and there's a wood fired hot tub, that looks great. We were there during a very rainy week, so we chose to use the indoor wood fireplace that is awesome for heat as well as ambience. The beds and linens are great and comfortable. The bathrooms are top notch. The kitchen is very spacious with great appliances. There was no coffee maker, nor toaster which one of our guests would have liked to have, but I'm sure this will be rectified. We used the oven to toast our bread. .. The property manager was easy to communicate with through What's app and was very cordial and helpful with anything we needed or inquired about. There is great internet coverage here by the way I would recommend this residence - a great spot surrounded by lush greenery and I'm sure a great starry sky, when it's clear.

Quiet and peaceful hideaway

This is a beautiful home about 15 minutes from Pucon, a fun vibrant lakefront community. We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the area. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and his house managers made us a lovely bbq dinner the first night and brought us flowers. They were so sweet. Don’t miss a chance to see the waterfalls a short drive away. We will miss the resident dogs and moonlit nights against the backdrop of an active volcano. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Casa Don Levi is located in such a unique spot in Pucon, we truly mean that. We found this land a few years back and were so taken back by its sheer beauty and location that it was impossible to pass on it. Waking up in the morning to take yourself skiing or in the summer for a beach trip / rafting / horse riding or even climb a live volcano is unique to say the least.

Fresh Andean Air, Fresh Spring Water from private underground source, traditional wood fired outdoor Hot Tub and covered BBQ area.

As for the house, pictures do not do it justice, people who have stayed in the past have been very happy with their experience. The house is private and is surrounded by forests. If it's peace and quiet you're looking for, then this is the place is a treat. The house has been designed to be sound proof too from one end to the other in case you you really want peace and quiet.

You are only minutes from Pucon town center, there you can find all amenities you can expect from a vibrant town.
