Holiday rental apartment with a private pool, recently built and decorated in a modern style, located in Conil de la Frontera. It is situated very close to the urban zone of El Colorado.

EQUIPMENT



The property is fitted with air conditioning and consists of two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

There is a large kitchen which is fully equipped and has a dining table, the lounge has seats for all four guests and a magnificent TV. There is also one bathroom with hydro-massage cabin, and a separate toilet.



The exterior area is where you will pass the majority of your time, the relax zone next to the pool is ideal to disconnect from daily stress. Large garden areas, a furnished porch, barbecue, room to park, just a a few of the characteristics of this fantastic house, without a doubt the pool is the main attraction.



LOCATION



Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round, as well as the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.



You can visit Conil's beaches such as Los Bateles o Fontanilla, or try the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
