New and modern house for 6-7 people with private pool, garden, barbeque, wifi, air condition and beautifull views New and modern house for 6-7 people located in Patría, about 5 km from the beaches and Conil. This modern and bright house is situated in a very quiet area and also offers magnificent views of the mountains and fields of Vejer and the sea. This house is perfect for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable family vacation, as the house lacks nothing:
A very bright living room with direct access to a large terrace, equipped with comfortable sofas, TV with Spanish channels, and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all other necessary kitchen utensils. The dining table is located next to the kitchen. A washing machine is also available.
Three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed, and another with a 180 cm bed that also includes an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed with a double bed (135 cm) on the bottom and a single bed (90 cm) on the top. All bedrooms come with wardrobes, and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Two bathrooms with shower, one of them is en-suite.
A large furnished terrace with a garden table and chairs, offering beautiful views of the pool, garden, and sea.
A private, fenced pool with a cold water shower, surrounded by a large garden with grass. Sun loungers are available. Next to the pool is a covered porch with chill-out furniture and a barbecue. There are also an extra toilet and a shower available.
Within the plot, there is enough space to park several cars. The house is located in a very quiet area and is ideal for those seeking relaxation. The entire plot is completely fenced for greater security and privacy, and it is accessed through an automatic sliding gate.

Alles war sehr schön. Das Haus prima. Schöne Aussicht. Schöner Pool.Es fehlen nur die Eierbecher im Haus. Außerdem sollte das Dach über der Veranda gerichtet werden . Bei Regen kommt sehr viel Wasser durch, was sehr schade ist, denn man könnte sonst auch bei Regen draußen sitzen Sonst alles super.

Das Casa Maro ist ein sehr schönes, ganz sauberes Haus mit einer unglaublich tollen Aussicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das neue Schlafzimmer und die Doppelduschen und Doppelwaschbecken. Soviel Platz im Badezimmer mit Blick auf die Hügel und das Meer, ein Traum. Auch das Daybed im Garten lässt einen wunderbar entspannen. Der Vermieter José Luis ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, er ist immer zur Stelle wenn man ihn braucht und versucht sofort alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall, bis zum Supermarkt und zum Meer sind es ca 15 Minuten aber das Haus und die Aussicht machen das wieder wett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!!!

Acabamos de regresar de unos días maravillosos en Maro, un alojamiento exquisito en Conil de la Frontera que ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. Se trata de un lugar moderno, elegante y sumamente cuidado en cada detalle, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar en familia. La tranquilidad de su entorno residencial, unida a unas vistas excepcionales que invitan a detener el tiempo, hacen de este rincón un auténtico refugio de serenidad. Todo está pensado para el confort y el disfrute: espacios amplios, decoración de buen gusto, y una atmósfera que transmite calma desde el primer momento. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones deliciosas, de esas que uno no quiere que terminen. Sin duda, un lugar al que deseamos volver. La atención de José Luis, ha sido excepcional desde el primer momento. Gracias, gracias por todo.

Das Haus war für mich perfekt. Das Schmuckstück ist die Terrasse und natürlich die Lage mit absoluter Weit- und Rundumsicht. Der Vermieter José Luis war äisserts hilfsbereit, zu jeder Zeit wenn nötig. Seine Umsorgung der Liegenschaft nach Voranmeldung, vor allem die des Pools, war mehr als überzeugend. Danke für alles.

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einer spektakulären Aussicht. Der Vermieter vor Ort war jederzeit freundlich und bei Bedarf zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Örtchen Patria nicht vorhanden sind. Insgesamt gibt es von uns in allen Punkten 5 Sterne!

Wonderful Stay at Casa Maro

The house is brand new. The location with the view is fantastic. A large pool for the kids, which is illuminated at night give a lot of atmosphere to the location. The balcony is large and has a roof. Down at the pool site there is also a wind shielded area, with an additional toilet, a small kitchen sink and a bbq. All ammenities in the house are there. The master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom is beautiful. The lovely towns of Conil and Vejer are in the immediate vicinity, and the drive to Cadiz is also short. Given that the house is located on the atlantic voast you always have some wind or better said a welcoming cool breeze during higher temperatures in Summer.We can definately recommend a stay here!The only minor downpoint is that there were no accompagnying matrasses for the sunbeds, and the loungebed downstairs was also without a mattras, but apart from that all good. It is recommendable to have a car with a bit of ground clearance as the road leading to the house has some potholes.

Das Haus ist abseits auf dem Land gelegen und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und man genießt eine großartige Aussicht bis hin zum Atlantik. Das Grundstück und die zwei Terassen sind großzügig angelegt. Der Pool ist wunderar groß. Das nahegelegene Conil d.l.F. ist in 10-15 Minunten per Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und noch sehr neuwertig. Das Kochgeschirr könnte man noch um das eine oder andere Standardteil ergänzen. Die Kommunikation hat immer schnell und problemlos über WhatsApp funktioniert.

Lo mejor, la zona exterior con unas vistas inmejorable para relajarse. Me ha ENCANTADO! Repetiré seguro seguro. Maira muy amable, el mismo día que llegamos nos trajo dos ventiladores nuevos para los días de calor que estaba haciendo. Apunte: como única recomendación sería aire acondicionado para los días de calor de verano de Cádiz, nada más.
