The apartment is located in the district of Como Borghi, a historic neighborhood at the gates of the center. Its plus is the width in addition to free parking in front of the entrance. It is located in a strategic position for those who want to get there by car but also for those who like to move on foot because nearby there are local, the historic center (tower door) as well as an excellent historical bakery just steps from breakfast to remember.
The Space: The apartment has two very spacious double bedrooms, a large living dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
All guests are required to pay a tourist tax, 3€ per day per person except exemptions. Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.
The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.
The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a "house book" with useful information for the house and stay.
