Overall we had an excellent stay at this property over Thanksgiving week.
This place easily fits 6 adults. We had 2 Jeeps comfortably in garage with enough room in the driveway for 1-2 vehicles (tighter). We used an off site to park the truck and trailer which was close enough and not a problem at all
The community of Coyote Run is TINY, hence no street parking. Understandable. We did initially park off the side of the road down the street to unload our stuff and take to house. When I say tiny, there is NO room to even maneuver a truck and trailer. But that worked out just fine and not too big a deal.
The house itself is plenty spacious. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen very easily. The kitchen is very well stocked. Much more than most other vacation rentals. There were also ample towels, blankets, pillows, jacuzzi towels. Beds were comfortable and each room has private bathroom which is fantastic. There is a washer and dryer. They leave you some laundry tabs, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a few garbage bags and hand soap and bathroom soap etc.
The jacuzzi was nice and the privacy wall is helpful. We opened the chlorine a bit and ran it to get some scum out though.
Couple minor downfalls are that the screen doors on the house need some TLC. And the front door lock is tricky and finicky. If you don’t hear it catch when you put the code in then it won’t open. You have to try again until it catches then turn the key lock by hand to engage or disengage. Very odd.
Because it took awhile to get a hold of the property managers, if we hadn’t figured it out then we would have had a problem. That being said I would highly recommend changing the front door lock for ease of use for guests.
It’s very cozy, cottage style and decorated cute. Don’t expect anything crazy modern here though. TV worked great and the fireplace was wonderful.
As said before, overall a fantastic stay here with pretty views and super comfortable. We truly enjoyed it. Thank you!!!!
