This lovely Studio sits right on top of Rione Monti, in a historical building with elevator. From the stunning terrace you’ll have a breathtaking view of some of the most beautiful attractions in Rome. Definitely one of the best spot to relax and enjoy a spectacular view of the Eternal City after a long walking day. Air conditioned, Nespresso coffee machine and free Wi-Fi are provided.

The apartment is walking distance to all the most important spots in town and the metro stop Cavour is just in front of the building.

The place was amazing and the view was better that I imagined. The neighborhood was perfect.

Rented for three nights. My wife and I enjoyed the location and the view.

Beautiful birdseye views of Rome

The property is located in a great area. Steps away from Cavour Metro station, a short stroll to the Colosseo and close to a great couple of streets full of great dining options, cool spots for aperitivo and vintage clothing stores. The studio flat is very charming, small but perfectly formed with a great generous terrace giving wonderful 180 degree birds eye views of Rome.

Wonderful Stay- great location and outdoor terrace

This property was wonderful - perfect location and close to many excellent restaurants. Check in was seamless - we arrived prior to check in time and were able to leave our luggage and had excellent communication with the host. The terrace is lovely with great views. There is a cute elevator so only 1 flight of stairs to walk. I would not change anything about this place or location! Hot water was excellent, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable.

Nice place. A few issues with the elevator. Spectacular view. They met us there the first day. They answered their phone night and day if there are any issues.

Oh what a view

I booked this studio because of its view and WOW what a view. Only big enough for two but we spent all our time on the terrace. A little tired in places and really could do with an ironing board to get ready for a fancy night out but otherwise perfect. The area is great and so close to everything including the metro, shops, restaurants and literally the Coliseum is around the corner. If you have ever wanted to stay in an apartment with one of 'those' views...book it😁

Amazing location and nice outdoor space

The location of this flat was perfect. It was close to everything (and right near the Colosseum) and we ended up walking mostly everywhere from here except the Vatican. We used the on off bus one day and it was a nightmare so we just walked and used phone GPS and realized that everything led us back to this flat! The only problem was there was no blanket for the bed just a sheet and I did ask for one but the request seemed to be ignored. So I had to bundle up a little before bed so I wasn’t cold.

Great Stay!

I had a great stay here. Amazing terrace and amazing views of Rome! Matteo Made the check in process very smooth! Would stay again! Very close to the colosseum and fori imperiali!
