You won't go wrong renting this property

The house is awesome with great views of the beach / ocean. The house layout was perfect and situated just a few minutes off the beach. The host, Barbara, was incredible and was always available to answer any question. Barbara and the owner provided long descriptions of things to do in the area and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Old fashioned family vacation

The property was almost exactly what we needed - one more bathroom would have made the place ideal. However - All-in-all - I would rate 4 1/2 STARS Great location, great beach w super quick access - clean and well maintained house, master balcony, 2nd master terrace, beautiful ocean-view 3rd floor balcony, Lots of 3rd floor space.

Family Vacation

Great location for a family vacation. Steps from the beach. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was great. Property manager was very responsive and the rental had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place for a girls getaway

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The property was clean and well maintained and the amenities were perfect. The responsiveness from both Brenda and Barbara was wonderful. Barbara was kind enough to offer us a late checkout and we were so grateful to have a little extra time in the morning. Will absolutely be returning!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family loved our stay. The location is great and close to many restaurants and local attractions. The communication between the property manager/owners was excellent. They were very accommodating and readily available for anything that we needed. The kitchen/common area on the 3rd floor was a great space and perfect for our family. The elevator was a game changer making packing/hauling groceries a breeze. The beach was also easily accessible. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

Great unit! Clean, cold AC, excellent location to beach access with a great view. Manager was very responsive and even had someone to the property within 10 minutes to fix a minor issue. Would stay again!

Great host, property and location

This was a great property with the perfect amount of communication with the hosts. Other than some Wi-Fi blips the week was great! Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to the pool. The kids loved it as much as the adults.

Great place for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family and we had a great time. Everything was very comfortable and welcoming with enough space for us to spread out for some quiet time or come together for fun! Location was perfect, with a view of the beach with access right across the street and a nice pool as an option. Easy walk to great restaurants, fishing pier and arcade. This place offers something for everyone. And the property manager and owners were very helpful and available, responding quickly to any questions via text. We hope to come back again on our next family vacation!

Beach vac '23

Location great, easy walk to the beach. The elevator was great for those of us with mobility issues. The only improvement that would make it better would be easier chairs to get in and out of for seniors. We ended up bringing our folding chairs up for the decks and the living room.

Great family getaway

This was our first time visiting this area. The house was perfect for 10 people. Lots of bathrooms and the upstairs was awesome to sit, visit, and cook. Great location to the beach and pool. Loved having a grill and a garage for storage!!

Great beach location with pool access

This house was perfectly located at a crosswalk to the beach, with a pool sized for the kids! Check in was easy. The property manager was responsive to requests, and it was a great location to explore the area.

Priceless memories with family!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice town house located on a family friendly beach and away from the tourist area. Quick walk to the beach! Home was well stocked and enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided. Lots of sand toys available to use. Plenty of room for our family which included 2 littles! Brenda was very responsive and helpful with answering questions before our stay, and Barbara was very helpful with check in and responding during our stay. A beautiful place to vacation!

Easter getaway

Great location with beach access across the street. Great amenities with beach chairs and assortment of bikes provided. We enjoyed watching some of the old DVD movies provided and The Masters while it rained. Very comfortable and great location. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Beach Spot

The accommodations were prefect for our 2 families. Has 2 master bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We were super grateful for the elevator as one of the guest has a leg injury. We all loved the 3 floor outdoor seating and the house had lots of board/card games. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend the week at a clean and quiet beach.

Kure all your worries at this beautiful beach condo!

This spacious condo was perfect for our multi-generation beach trip! The elevator provides safety for elderly guests or those with limited mobility and was so convenient for grocery and beer runs, since the living area is on the 3rd floor. The home was clean and cute, and best of all, it’s conveniently located mere steps from the beach. No need to load up the car, look for parking, etc. We loved popping between the beach and pool, then back to the house for a quick meal or reprieve from the sun. The bikes were a fun and convenient addition, but be sure to pack all your own beach gear— towels, chairs, shade, cart/wagon, etc. When we had questions or minor issues throughout our stay, the property manager and host were responsive and helpful. If you’re an early bird, the sunrises on the cheerfully decorated 3rd floor deck are not to be missed! This beach and home convinced this lake-loving family of boaters that beach people might really be on to something!

We purchased this brand new luxury townhome in 2017 because it's in a perfect location with every amenity a family, or two families, would want. Our dream is to eventually move to Kure Beach once our children graduate from High School. We are very proud of our new home, and spared no expense to make it an ideal vacation home that we hope you will look forward to returning to. This beautiful island has something for everyone, from easy-access gorgeous beaches, nightlife, fireworks every Thursday, lots of planned community events in Kure Beach and Carolina Beach, State Park for fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking and crabbing, Greenway path for biking, walking that connects Kure Beach to Carolina Beach, 2 four-wheel drive access areas, Fort Fisher historic center and recreational area, lots of amazing restaurants, shops and community members.

We first visited Kure Beach in 2016 and completely fell in love with the area. We have the best of all things in this relaxed beach community with options just down the street at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk that is very festive and touristy, but take the bikes the opposite direction to escape to a very peaceful almost rural type feel for hiking, biking, visiting the Civil War Museum, Aquarium, Ferry, Wildlife reserves, etc. It absolutely wonderful.

Location is perfect. Exit the patio, walk across the crosswalk, and your toes are in the sand. Includes lots of brand new furniture, Large dining table to seat 8 plus breakfast bar for 4, Expansive great room with all new furniture (2 full size reclining couches - very comfortable), luxury mattresses, bedding, gas grill, TVs in all 4 bedroom, and a 55 in. TV in the great room. Free wifi and DirectStream cable is included along with smart TVs in each bedroom and the great room to log into your other streaming apps of choice such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. The resort-style landscaping is such a beautiful escape. The community pool is just steps away (you can see the entrance from the kitchen window). You will love sitting on the oversized top deck and what the waves crash on the sand. We are 2nd row, but close enough that it almost feels like ocean front. 3-4 cars can fit in the driveway depending on size, and there is overflow parking available in the grass along the street.
