VILLA ROMEU - 10 MIN WALK TO THE OLD TOWN

Villa Romeu, is a fantastic three bedroom villa. This beautiful villa has a large private pool, a magnificent outdoor area with beautiful gardens full of trees and plants and incredible mountain views. In this way, Chalet Romeu combines the tranquility of a charming rural setting and just a few minutes walk from the old town of Pollensa. Villa Romeu has free WiFi included.



The outside space of Villa Romeu is perfect for enjoying a swim or sunbathing. The tables and chairs are shaded from the sun with the covered terrace and the beside BBQ area invites to relax or or dinner “al fresco", with fantastic mountain views.

The traditional Spanish living area leads to the fully equipped kitchen, in American style. Two comfortable seating areas with table and chairs are perfect to enjoy dinner or lunch in spring or autumn.



Villa Romeu has three comfortable bedrooms, each continuing the Mallorca theme with high beamed ceilings. Both twin bedrooms share a bathroom, meanwhile, the double bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a bath/ shower.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



In an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the old town of Pollensa, they make Chalet Romeu an ideal option to enjoy a relaxing break.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
