Wonderful time enjoyed with all family at Mairata

Great Villa, easy to find. Owl Booking most helpful, during the stay. Left with some beautiful memories of idyllic days. December is fantastic to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Tramuntana.

Really charming and cozy Finca

We enjoyed a perfect Chrismas holiday with our family in Villa Mairata, Everything has been to our entire satisfaction, a lot of space, gorgeous outdoor area with beautiful garden. We found the Villa very clean and the communication between the agency and the owner has been excellent. No doubt would return again for a family holiday. Thanks for all.

Such a nice and authentic finca - we loved it !

From the first moment on we felt welcome in this cozy and comfortable finca. We a group of friends enjoyed a great time. Although we have been in February, the weather has been stunning, up to 20 degrees. Nice Pool and garden area. Personal and professional treat from the agency.

Good size villa in a beutifull setting

Had a lovely time here , the pool is really good , the villa is of a good size and layout, it was a shame various lamps didn't work , one was hanging off the wall the clock had stopped , just gave us the impression it needed a bit of care !! However we had a great week , and the booking agent Owl booking were brilliant !

Merveilleux séjour au Mariata ! Temps idéal fin Avril. Villa très agréable avec un magnifique jardin et une grande piscine qui a fait le bonheur de nos ados!! La ville de Pollença à 20 min à pieds et proche d'Alcudia, cap de Formentor, port de Pollença. Vacances en famille inoubliables. Merci

Eine großzügige Villa. Es ist alles da was macht braucht. Sehr schön die Alleinlage auf einem großen Grundstück mit Blick auf die Berge. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter bei der Agentur. Innenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zufahrtweg ist nicht asphaltiert.

Sehr schöne Finca in bester Lage

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, nur wenige Autominuten nach Pollensa. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der sehr geplegte Garten-und Poolbereich. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles war sehr sauber. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit netten Vermieter, sehr hilfreich mit Tipps und Empfehlungen. Insgesamt eine gute Ausgangslage um Tagesausflüge ins Tramuntana-Gebirge und schönen Buchten zu machen. Zwischenreinigung nach 1 Woche mit Wäschewechsel. Das ist Erholung. mehr Weingläser

Das Objekt ist sehr urig und gemütlich und hat viel Platz für unterschiedliche, auch wetterabhängige Aktivitäten. Liegewiesen, Pool, Tischtennis Plätze, überdachter Freisitz, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein liebevolles Willkommenspaket und eine nette Karte machten das Ankommen schön. Offensicht wird die Finca peu a peu erneuert. Wenn es regnet riecht das Haus feucht, aber sofort lüften oder am Abend kurz heizen, beheben das Problem. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Beautiful location only five minutes from Pollenca

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mairata. The house is spacious, cool and peaceful, and the kitchen is well equipped. The gardens and mountain views are stunning and there is a lovely pool, yet the house is only five minutes drive from Pollenca and ten minutes to Port de Pollenca. It is possible to walk into Pollenca by a back route in about 20-25 minutes. Owl Bookings provided a really excellent service - Pep and his colleagues were super friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had. The information provided at the villa is very comprehensive and helpful, too. We would definitely recommend Owl Bookings to anyone travelling to Mallorca.

Beautiful Villa and Great Location

Very beautiful villa in a great location. Very peaceful space, with no noises so perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The lawn area and beautiful garden is just like in the photos, and the villa is very traditional and with lot of character. The Owl Booking team send someone to check if all was right, so very nice too.

Lovely Villa, nice decor and great pool

Had a lovely week in Pollensa, the Villa is in a peaceful area, still near Pollensa old town. The pool is big, good sun and huge gardens for the children to run. Inside is very well equipped and I like the design of it, comfy beds too. Thank you very much!

Holiday from hell

Taxi could not find villa had to walk up to main road and wave ordered taxis down in order to get anywhere."Nice walk 15 mins" does not exist only taking life in hands and walking down very busy main rd.Villa really spacious and well equipped but damp- could only use 2 bedrooms.We would not have booked this villa as a car is essential.Unfortunately it rained for most of the week and we had thunderstorms and lost power Owl trading totally ineffective and tried to fob us off when we found their offices.Silly notices around villa but NO instruction on anything in or around the villa Only discovered the washing machine on the last day. No lights in one bedroom and a humidifyer going in the downstairs bedroom Owl trading suggested we emptied it regularly! A great pity as we were really looking forward to this holiday and it is the only time I was pleased to get home where it wasn't raining

THE ATTRACTIVE PHOTOS WE LOOKED AT WHEN BOOKING DID NOT MATCH REALITY. WE FOUND THE (SEMI-DETACHED) VILLA DARK INSIDE, WITH A MUSTY SMELL INDUSTRIAL STYLE SIGNS & ADVISORY NOTES WERE AN IRRITATION WHEN COMPARED WITH THE SAFETY ASPECTS OF ECCENTRIC ELECTRICS. THERE WAS A LACK OF CONVENIENT SOCKETS & A RANDOMLY HEATING/COOLING INDUCTION HOB ON THE COOKER. THE LEAKING ROOF PRODUCED A POOL OF WATER ON THE COFFEE TABLE IN FRONT OF THE TV, FORTUNATELY MISSING THE ELECTRONIC ITEMS LYING THERE. THE POOL AREA & GARDEN WERE PLEASANT.
