Apartment located in Córdoba old town, where you can visit the Mosque, Synagogue or the Alcázar, as well as 2 minutes from the river, a beautiful walk along the Guadalquivir River and the route of its bridges, enjoying the best terraces and restaurants with Cordovan charm, ideal to try the local cuisine or enjoy the weather and good time in company.

This magnificent aparment has a large double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people. A bathroom with shower plate and everything you need. Complete kitchen with cooking utensils. TV, Wifi, Air conditioning and heating.

The apartment was just as listed and was in a great location to see the sights and get there by foot. Only about a 3 minute walk to the best sunset on Puente Romano and plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The apartment itself is on a quiet street. We especially liked the washing machine as this was a stop on a multi- city trip. We brought a clothes line and some clips and the apartment also had a rack to dry things. The private interior patio was perfect to hang things and we couldn’t believe how quickly clothing dried…well it was 97! The shower pressure was amazing, the air conditioner was a blessing after long very hot days touring, and the bed was comfortable. Host was very quick to respond with messages. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property in Great Location

Thoroughly enjoyed my week in this property in a wonderful “neighborhood “ location. Convenient to market and excellent bars/restaurants/cafes. Very clean with modern amenities. Appreciated having a clothes washing machine and a very spacious bathroom. Internet was excellent. Only minus was the lady upstairs walking around wearing her rather loud heeled shoes. Also, somehow someone else was able to access my reservation information. Hacked?

Close to Mezquita

What we liked was the close proximity to the Mezquita. What we didn’t like was the fact that there was not enough toilet tissue. We were only there one night and were shocked there was no spare tissue. The bed was comfortable.

Wonderful

Everything about this place was wonderful. It is located a few doors down from a mini market. Just a very short and beautiful stroll to the Roman Bridge. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. The city busses and the site seeing busses all stop pretty much right outside the place. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The place was extremely clean and supplied with all the kitchen and bathroom needs. It has a beautiful patio. It is a quiet place located in a nice area. It was perfect for us and contributed to an enjoyable stay in Córdoba.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here in early May 2017. This is a lovely comfortable little apartment with a functional layout. Tastefully decorated, clean and well-equipped. The inner courtyard was a pleasant and private place to relax after a day of touring. Even though it was an enclosed space, it was not airless. The apartment is just around the corner from a secure parking lot. We pulled our bags just a short way up the street to #97. There were many great restaurants close by along the boulevard by the river. The major sites were just a short walk away. Great choice if you are visiting Cordoba.

Splendid place to enjoy ancient Cordoba and use as home base for exploring Andalucia

This pleasant flat on the ground floor of an atrium dwelllng in Old Cordoba is close to the Mosque and nearly everything else a tourist wants to see and experience. It is furnished beautifully (there is even a patio) and its owner has kept the tourist's needs in mind. It is about a block from the river and 3 from the Roman Bridge--and there is a new municipal parking garage a block away. It is much easier to reach by car than either its owner or Google suggest (Google's instructions are just wrong) & so it is perfect for a tourist who wants to venture out to see other Andalucian sights (one day we went to Sevillle and another to Granada & El Hambra and were home in time for cocktails on the patio!). The clothes washer was a boon and the bath a joy (great shower!!!) By all means it was a find. book it if you can. It was better than advertised & had no drawbacks. Price was great as well. Great!

Clean and comfortable in a great location

Overall, our stay was really great. Rafael kept in contact by text and met us outside the apartment at the agreed time. We parked our car in the public parking lot just a short walk away (near the river) for €15/day. The apartment worked really well for us. The weather was sunny while we were there (temps. in mid 30'sC) and it was great to come back to a lovely cool place to relax (ground floor). The house also has air conditioning which is handy for a quick blast of cold air. Two down-sides only: even though there is a place to sit out, it did not get direct sun at the time of year when we were there (mid October). It would have been nice to sit in the sun and have breakfast. Secondly, although the bed was clean it could do with being replaced by a bigger, more comfortable one. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to most of the tourist areas. We took the hop on hop off bus tour and it goes close to the apartment. Overall, a great stay and we'd highly recommend this place (and the city)

Perfect

The first internal glimpse of the apartment complex is through tall, heavy decorative, wrought iron gates to a paved courtyard with circular fountain, terracotta tiles, and bright petunias in flower, typical of the courtyard style of the region. The apartment is light, bright, modern, spacious and comfortable; well laid out to maximize space and its aspect to the courtyard. The apartment is up half a flight of stairs and from the interior overlooks the entrance courtyard as well as having access to its own rear private terrace. The finish, workmanship cleanliness was excellent; the decor comfortable/modern, with colours pleasing to the eye. Placement of lighting and powerpoints has been thoughtfully planned thoughtout. Bathroom is spacious and well appointed, good supply of thick towels. The kitchen compact, efficient in design, and a very generous supply of matching crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans in very fine condition. We found the complex quiet, very little street noise although the complex is located off a fairly busy steet. On one day temperatures in Cordoba reached above 40C, and the apartment remained cool and comfortable without the use of airconditioning, with the windows left ajar for comfort instead. The owner Rafael was prompt and helpful in all initial, and after check-in communications, although we must admit we used Google translate which helped considerably with our lack of the Spanish language. Cordoba was our last city to visit and both the apartment and the city were a perfect finish to our holiday.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a cinco minutos andando de la Mezquita. Las llaves están en un cajetín con clave, así que el acceso fue muy cómodo. Completamente reformado y moderno por dentro. Con un patio para uso particular. La cocina completa. En el sofá-cama durmió nuestro hijo y resultó ser bastante cómodo. La comunicación con Rafael fue sencilla a través del teléfono. Un apartamento muy confortable.

Great stay a few steps from Mezquita

Rafael’s apartment is very centrally located and perfectly sized. Although it is next to a busy street, it is not loud because of the typical courtyard in between. You step outside the yard and you find Cafés and Tapas bars. The ancient Jewish quarter is around the corner and the beautiful Mezquita a few hundred steps up the road. Rafael’s place is the perfect spot to explore Córdoba and enjoy a quiet retreat at the same time.

5nights in Cordoba

I cannot say how accurate the details were because it has now been removed. It is adequate for 2 people but would be a bit cramped for 4. Very convenient location and close to everything.communication very good and Rafaelwas there to meet us. The downside for me was lack of a view from any of the rooms. They all look onto a small internal courtyard. The best bits, extremely quiet considering we were on a busy road and the location.

très calme et très centré

Un petit chez soi bien cosy et très propre. Produits de base bien fournis en cuisine et en salle de bain . Petite cour intérieure privée agréable pour petit déjeuner. Aucun bruit de la rue et voisins très calmes. Je recommande minimum 3 nuits pour bien profiter de Cordoba, ville très agréable.

Wenn wir nochmal nach Cordoba reisen, wird diese Wohnung unsere erste Wahl sein.

Wie aus der Überschrift ersichtlich, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben und wie die Bilder es zeigen: geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Staumöglichkeit um sich übersichtlich und bequem einzurichten. Die Lage ist perfekt: absolut zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch zu Lokalitäten sowie sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bushaltestellen sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung, da sie im hinteren Bereich (hinter dem Patio) liegt, wirklich ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut: Alle Anfragen wurden sehr zeitnah und vollkommen unkompliziert beantwortet.

Excellent location and apartment

You will be living right in the middle or near so many cultural and religious sites. Apartment is very nice, well kept. Bathroom and kitchen areas are well designed and functional. Enjoyed staying there over winter break and walking everywhere. Btw, you are very close to the Hamam and it is amazin!

The apartment was very clean and within walking distance from the Mezquita and major sites. The bed was comfy and the apartment was well equipped. Rafael was friendly and very helpful.
