Wonderful

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect distance from the town to walk down and have food/go to bakery. The house is beautifully done and lots of little touches that make it the perfect holiday rental.

We absolutely adored this villa it was perfect for our family holiday there was so much room and so well equipped. We loved the location too, short walks to the beaches shops, and restaurants. We would definitely go back it was fantastic.

Beautiful villa excellently equipt with everything you could need. Great pool. The information on the area restaurants, beaches & activities supplied by the host was really good and added to the overall holiday experience. A great place for families or group of friends.

Easter holiday break

We had a wonderful week at Villa Raia, the accommodation was spacious, well equipped and in a great location. Pool was very cold but it was April! We would definitely book again.

Such a beautiful villa

We could not fault the villa at all. It was beautiful and spacious and so well equipped. The location is great as well, being a short walk to beach and lovely restaurants. Would definitely go back. Loved it!

Perfect Villa

The villa is perfect for a total relaxation get away. It’s spacious and was very well equipped for our group of 8 friends. The views are lovely, very peaceful and lots of sun traps for sitting in the sun. The pool is a great size for swimming or just cooling off. Cala Torret is quiet but has a supermarket and restaurants. We didn’t have a car but still ventured out to Punta Prima and Binibeca, both have lovely beaches and restaurants. The overall feeling of the holiday was so peaceful and relaxing 😎

Since purchasing the villa, we have completely fallen in love with the island of Menorca—its rich history, incredible food, stunning bays, and wonderfully welcoming people. Every visit makes us love it more, and we look forward to spending many more years exploring the island and sharing everything it has to offer with our guests.

After exploring the whole island, we knew that Binibeca was exactly where we wanted to be. It is a truly special, family-friendly location with a beautiful white sandy beach, while still being conveniently close to the airport and the capital, Mahón.

From the moment we walked through the entrance gate, we knew this villa was the one. The covered terrace leading onto the large sun terrace, the generous pool, and the mature garden immediately stood out. The peaceful outlook over olive trees—with a distant glimpse of the sea—gave us the privacy and tranquility we were looking for, without being overlooked.

Inside, we saw the perfect balance: a spacious open-plan living area for everyone to gather, alongside enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large family or group.

Despite its quiet setting, the villa is just a short stroll to the beach, bars, and some fantastic restaurants, making it ideal for a relaxed, car-free holiday.
