オークバーンは、チェシャーのナッツフォード近くのローワーピオーバーの端にある畑に囲まれた、庭園のある豪華な自炊式アパートメントです。 静かな空間は、大きなベッドルーム/リビングルーム、シャワールーム、設備の整ったキッチンでカップルや家族を快適に眠ります。 2つのパブと品揃えの豊富な村のショップが徒歩圏内にあり、歴史的な町のナッツフォードは10分以内です。 朝食パックが含まれています。私たち自身の鶏からの卵-リクエストに応じてビーガンのオプションを利用できます。

オークバーンは、2エーカーの庭とパドックでクロフトと一緒に座っています。
広々としたアパートメントには、素敵なキングサイズのベッドに加えて、別の大人または数人の小さなお子様に理想的な追加の4インチ幅のベッド（小さなダブル）に変換するソファが備わっています。

Great Central Place to Stay

Lovely accommodation and central for many attractions in this part of the country. The Barn is in a peaceful area and it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted. Adam was an exemplary host making sure we had everything we needed and were happy with the accommodation. Couldn't have asked for more.

Easter Break

Comfortable, attractive accommodation. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast hamper complete with eggs with bright orange yolks. Plenty of books to read while enjoying the birdsong and relaxing in this wonderfully tranquil location.

Arrived at this beautiful venue to a much appreciated hamper of breakfast items, ideal for us as we had just landed back in UK so no time to shop. Found property easy with good directions given the day before we arrived. Great facilities and a very well appointed property with everything we needed for our stay, easy check in and out process, would definitley stay there again.

Lovely Little hidaway

Nice overall stay. Beautifully furnished, tastfully decorated Quiet in the evenings but woken early both days of our stay as on the climb out flight path from Manchester Airport. Fine if you are used to being near airports. Breakfast very basic, and an extra handtowel would have been nice. Paid a cleaning charge but then was expected to strip the beds and empty all the bins. Hosts were warm and friendly Overall, a good experiance, just a couple of little niggles which didn't really spoil the experience.

Location was great for our travels to visit family.Close to local pubs and 15 minute drive into Knutsford.I would say this an ideal property for a couple and it's designed for that.Adam, our host, was always available and helpful.It was a bonus meeting Wilbur, their pet pig too!

Really nice accommodation Beautiful setting and lovely interior finishes Breakfast provisions with fresh eggs , bacon , preserves , bread , milk and cereal was extremely welcome Magically stay and wonderful hosts We left an item behind and they located it for us promptly and were very helpful in making arrangements for my sister ( who lives nearby ) to collect it

Spent a lovely week at Oak Barn. The hamper left was very much a nice surprise and welcomed. The barn accommodated all our needs. Enjoyed the peace and quiet in a lovely location. Easy to get to any places of interest.

Quiet Country Peaceful Getaway

Ideal location for visiting Knutsford, Chester and other nearby attractions. Country walks and good food at various hostelries nearby. Very pleasant owners who supplied fresh eggs, bacon, ilk etc for breakfast on day of arrival. No hesitation in re-visiting. Well recommended.

Well equipped accommodation in a lovely quiet location.

Very comfortable and well equipped. We were grateful for the fresh milk, bread and other breakfast provisions. Adam is a great host.

50th birthday

The Croft was exactly as listed and photos. Set in beautifully kept grounds. Just a short drive to Knutsford and beautiful tatton park. We took the train from Knutsford into Chester and another day, out to Manchester. Both very easy journeys.. Everything was great from start to finish. A very pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you Adam and Caroline. (Also for taking in the bits we had bought in town).

Fantastic overnight stay

Adam was a great host, very interesting and friendly. Check in and out was simple. Oak Barn is a beautiful barn conversion. The room is very spacious, bathroom tastefully done and a lovely small kitchen downstairs. Will definitely be staying again when I am in the area. Thank you Adam/Caroline, will see you next time.

Weekend trip

The property was perfect for 2 adults . Very attractive barn conversion in the grounds of the owners home but it felt private. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We were really pleasantly surprised to have eggs, milk , yogurt, bread , jam , muesli and butter left for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others

Easy access from major road routes to Manchester, Liverpool & Warrington whilst located in a quiet rural area. Property is set in a well maintained garden and offers very comfortable accommodation.

Perfect Property

Would struggle to find any faults with Adam & Caroline’s property. Great location, spotless @ COVID safe, great hosts, there if needed but invisible if not needed & yummy eggs if it’s not too cold for laying apparently. We are a family of five - two adults and three fast growing boys, plus a dog called Oskar, two cats and two pet KuneKune pigs, Wilbur and George.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Although it looks old, we built the Croft in 2010 using a traditional oak frame from Border Oak in Hereford. We added the barn a few years later and convered this to guest accomodation in 2019.
We are in a lovely location on the edge of Lower Peover village and within walking distance of two great pubs and a well stocked village shop. Knutsford with its boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 10 mins away as is Tatton Park.
For guests attending weddings, Oak Barn is just a few minutes from several wedding venues including The Oak Tree of Peover, Merrydale Manor, Colshaw Hall and Owen House.
For business travellers, we are only a few minutes from Barclays Technology Campus at Radbroke Hall and Booths Park in Toft, Knutsford, and only 25 mins from Manchester Business Park and organisations gathered around Manchester Airport.
Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Manchester and Chester are all within very easy reach by car or train.
Oak Barn is around 10 minutes from both Junctions 18 and 19 on the M6, and close to the M56 too, so ideally located for those looking for a peaceful stopover while enroute to Scotland, The Lakes, North Wales and the South.
Manchester City Centre is a 35 min drive, or hop on the train from Plumley (5 mins away) and get the train straight to Piccadilly, or change in Altrincham (and visit the famous Altrincham market) and get the Metro into town.
Manchester Airport is 25 mins away.
