Lovely bungalow

The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing to sleep in very very comfortable parking was good I will be definitely returning for another holiday 10/10 from me

good for quiet holidays

everything was fine - the only drawback was that free internet was only available at the main house und not in all the bungalows

Thanks for your feedback. An external provider supplies a WiFi connection to the bungalows at a small charge. We are looking to provide a free internet connection to our guests next season. Kindest regards Gill

Upon arrival we noticed that we had no WiFi when we phoned the host she just ignored us, then then sent me a email saying that she was at wk after me calling several time the following morning we realised that the hot water was also not work no hair dryer or iron as advertised unable to sleep due to neighbours arguing so I never even got to stay for the week I had booked absolutely ridiculous

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to leave a review .I do work at weekends along side managing my property so please accept my apologies I was not immediately available. I leave full instructions in the welcome guide and Kenegie reception are available during office hours for support as well. I am sorry that the free Wifi was not available for a short period. I am sure you understand it is out of our direct control but was delighted this got resolved quickly. We don't advertise we have a hairdrier, but you were given one and a new iron, within 20 minutes of you requesting them. The maintenance team visited our bungalow to show you how to use the hot water, again within 30 minutes of your request. Kenegie Manor is a peaceful holiday park, the noise was one night, which in peak holiday time is unfortunately unavoidable and out of our control. We are sorry that you appeared not to have enjoyed your stay with us but were delighted that you stayed the entire week. I am a little confused to your comment that states that you left early and also saddened and confused that you told the Kenegie staff that you would get a full refund “with a smile” even though you stayed and completed the entire week? I am struggling to understand why your experience was so different to our many other guests. We would be delighted to host you again but we really do have to charge for holidays, especially when guests stay the full week and the product delivered was the product sold.

Beautiful,relaxing,just the best place to stay

We loved our stay in this property, everything you could need to have a comfortable,relaxing stay,on-site is a lovely pool , just enough to have a nice swim and relax,especially after being in the sauna !!! The grounds are lovely and clean, staff are really polite and helpful, there seemed to be things on every night at the bar ,which unfortunately we didn’t use as by time we were out visiting the beautiful area, we were to tired to go over, so we chilled in the bungalow!!! I would highly recommend this property, the owners are really helpful and on hand for any issues or inquiries about the local area ect . 5 mins down the road to local supermarkets, we even managed to have domino’s deliver to the bungalow!!!! Beach’s, St.Michaels Mount, Penzance all within 10 mins from accommodation … Overall, EXCELLENT…. Thankyou to the owners and the staff and grounds of Kenegie Manor too

Sehr gut eingerichteter Bungalow, es hat uns gut gefallen!Nachteil: Die Strasse zur Unterkunft ist steil und eng (wie in Südengland halt...), wir benutzten unsere Velos nur zurückhaltend und nach Penzance zu Fuss zu spazieren, war zu "gefährlich".Mit dem Auto viele Highlights gut erreichbar!

A calm and quiet location

The site overlooks Mounts Bay and is on the road from Penzance to St Ives both being just a few minutes drive away. Check in was easy with the keys being in a door safe. The bungalow is fine for 2 adults with outdoor seating and dining space. A small well equipped kitchen and a nice shower room. There is a heated pool on site and a bar that serves food too. The owner and the site staff are very helpful. 3 big supermarkets are close by. There is a pub in the village which you can walk too. It is uphill on the way back with no street lighting. Plenty of other pubs within easy driving distance. Overall, an enjoyable, trouble free stay but bring your own towels and tea towels.

Bungalow 9 Kenegie manor

A very cosy,clean bungalow that made our stay a very pleasant experience.The location of the Kenegie manor is within easy reach (driving) to many Cornwall landmarks and sights. Supermarkets (tesco,Morrisons and sainsbury's) are a 10 min drive from the manor .Penzance itself is a very nice place too to have spectacular walks on the promenade. Set yourself a challenge and take a 4.5 mile walk to Marazion, pathway runs all along the seaside, and visit St Michael's mount when the tide is at its lowest.

Support from when found till we left. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Clean. Well equipped. Beautifully furnished. Very helpful staff and especially owners. Nicely secluded spot. Will book again as soon as I have my holiday dates approved.
