Renovated apartment 250 meters from Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and capacity for 6 people.

Comfortable and very bright 83 m² accommodation, with partial sea views.



It has an elevator, 12 m² of glazed terrace with sliding windows, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, iron, 1 Smart TV, community pool open seasonally and with garden areas. , outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, Torre Principado building at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Overall would book again,had a lovely stay

Very spacious,..good shower ,lovely central location,next to flash ,4th floor was excellent,fab view to the front but not too high ,(2 of our ladies couldn’t use lift) everything you need we stayed for 5days only 2keys so coming home separate was difficult , with the buzzer on front gate not always working

Far exceeded our expectations, loved this is a little gem so much so I have regrets telling people about it as I might not be able to book it again for fear of it getting as popular as the Gemelos 26 ha ha, very comfortable apartment with every thing you need , beds are very comfortable and the location was perfect for us, we considered ourself's very lucky to have come across this lovely apartment, everything on your doorstep' hope to book again for the next trip to Benidorm Cant think of anything
