Apartment within a Resort-type urbanization in the Levante area, Benidorm, a few meters from Levante beach. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

Very bright 80 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community+children's pool (06/01 to 09/30), communal heated pool. season (01/01 to 05/31 and from 10/1 to 12/31), at least one of the pools is open all year round, children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, garden, private parking space in the same building, 1 television (Smart TV), iron.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Location was great, spacious apartment, pretty well equipped. Rock hard beds, shutters rattled on windy nights, not having any curtains we had no choice but to use them to keep the light out, keeping us awake, and only the one set of keys made things difficult if we ventured out separately...

Excellent, would definitely stay again

Wasn’t breakfast but across the road there’s a full English for £7. The pool was nice clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear any of the music when in the apartment. Perfect really It could get very cold at times in the room

Had a great time just looking at the views from apartment day and night was something else.

Très bel appartement avec une très belle vue, bien placé dans une très bonne résidence bien entretenue. Appartement propre et bien entretenu. Agence très réactive en cas de souci. Lit pas confortable. Manque trop d’ustensiles, fourchettes, cuillères, bols etc. Il n’y a pas de volets ou rideau du côté cuisine du coup il y’a énormément de lumière de bon matin. Un Volet roulant ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrivée, ça a était réparé dans la journée mais il n’a plus fonctionné quelques jours plus tard.

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, aunque las vistas son todavía más espectaculares, ya que se puede ver tanto el mar como las montañas, y los amaneceres y atardaceres son impresionantes. Es un piso nuevo, muy espacioso, muy luminoso, muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio. La cocina cuenta con todo para poder cocinar (lo único que le falta es una tabla para cortar). Las instalaciones comunitarias son increíbles y el parking debajo del edificio es muy cómodo ya que tiene acceso directo al apartamento. El personal de la agencia fue muy amable en todo momento y respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas. Las ventanas del salón no cierran bien y en invierno se cuela un poco de frío por ellas.
