Apartment within a Resort-type urbanization in the Levante area, Benidorm, a few meters from Levante beach. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

Very bright 80 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community+children's pool (06/01 to 09/30), communal heated pool. season (01/01 to 05/31 and from 10/1 to 12/31), at least one of the pools is open all year round, children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, garden, private parking space in the same building, 1 television (Smart TV), iron.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

The whole apartment was great everything you need, fabulous views, quite and clean The bed and pillows omg the bed was like a brick and the pillows were like concrete didn't sleep well the whole week please change them because I would rebook

We have stayed here before and liked it so much we booked again Apartment been decorated and even nicer than first time Amazing views and great place to stay Maybe a hairdryer it was the only thing lacking, although I know we could have got one from booking office.

Good location. Easy to access. Good value. On the 23rd floor. Window Shutters could be noisy. Nearly got locked in the laundry room. No handle on inside of door. Needed my wife to unlock the door on the outside.

The location is brilliant , the views were exceptional The only downside was how far the key pickup/drop off was away from the building but the staff at the pick up were very helpful and accommodating

Wasn’t breakfast but across the road there’s a full English for £7. The pool was nice clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear any of the music when in the apartment. Perfect really It could get very cold at times in the room

Had a great time just looking at the views from apartment day and night was something else.

The location and the fantastic views, also easy to collect keys from the booking office who kept in contact all through the process to ensure everything went accordingly, all in all a great apartment at a great price. nothing everything was great

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, aunque las vistas son todavía más espectaculares, ya que se puede ver tanto el mar como las montañas, y los amaneceres y atardaceres son impresionantes. Es un piso nuevo, muy espacioso, muy luminoso, muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio. La cocina cuenta con todo para poder cocinar (lo único que le falta es una tabla para cortar). Las instalaciones comunitarias son increíbles y el parking debajo del edificio es muy cómodo ya que tiene acceso directo al apartamento. El personal de la agencia fue muy amable en todo momento y respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas. Las ventanas del salón no cierran bien y en invierno se cuela un poco de frío por ellas.
