ヴィラセヴィは、本物の地元の石で建てられた人里離れた村の家です。 プライベートスイミングプール（7. 0 X 4. 0 m）、美しい庭園、エアコン付きのベッドルームがあり、1 km未満のパゴスのログゴスに向かう主要道路沿いの静かなエリアにあります。
この魅力的なホリデーヴィラは、4人の家族やパーティーに簡単に対応でき、大きな壁に囲まれた庭園と、平和なパクソスの田園地帯でリラックスしたい人のための素敵なテラスに囲まれています。
ヴィラの隣には居住者専用の駐車場があります。個人的な使用。

レイアウト
家に入ると、ダイニング-シッティングエリアと便利な設備の整ったキッチンのあるオープンプランスペースに入ります。
リビングエリアは、フロントテラスと周囲の丘の素晴らしい景色を望む美しい庭園に続いています。オリーブの木とヒノキの木で覆われています。
このスペースの奥には、シャワー付きのダブルルームとシャワー付きのツインルームがあります。 両方のベッドルームにはエアコンが付いています。

プールと庭園
家の前には、ラウンジ/ダイニングエリアのある大きな中庭があり、さらに2段先には美しい日当たりの良いテラスの間にあるプライベートスイミングプールがあります。 プールのそばには、ロマンチックな夜の月明かりの下で、屋外で食事をしたい人のための2つめの屋根付きの着席/ダイニングエリアがあります。
このチャーミングな物件の左側には、小さな石の階段があり、BBQ、石造りのテーブル、石のベンチが設置されている高架エリアに通じています。

Lovely peaceful spot

This little stone cottage is surrounded by the peace of nature, yet is only a ten minute walk from the charming laid back little town of loggos. There is a really great outside area next to the pool with some vines, lemon trees etc. The inside of the cottage is very simple but beds are comfortable and both rooms have a/c. The kitchen is very small and suffices for very basic food preparation. In all, we had a magical time on Paxos.

Villa Sevi was perfect for our stay. The pool and terraces were gorgeous, the property was clean and precisely as described, and Eos Villas provided detailed directions and a seamless check in service. The team were friendly, responsive, and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were concerned having read other reviews that the beds might be hard and the space very small and basic, particularly for our group of 5, and while this was true to an extent, the villa offered great value for money which made it ideal for our group. The air conditioning was very effective, and the location, about 10 minutes walk from Loggos village, felt peaceful and private. Loggos is a gorgeous place to stay, quieter, and more picturesque and refined than Lakka or Gaios! We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you Eos Villas!

Lovely quiet stay in beautiful Loggos

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 10 minutes walk from lovely Loggos, which if you’re fit and active is absolutely fine and means you have the benefit of a quiet spot. Two good sized bedrooms, and a perfectly adequate kitchen / living area, which would be small for a winter stay but as we were outside almost the whole time was great - we didn’t need an indoor table. Kitchen basic but suited our needs perfectly. Loved the pool and terrace. The only thing that would have improved it was an outdoor comfy seating area, but that’s nit picking to look for what would make it perfect. Absolutely no complaints. Shame there wasn’t even a basic welcome pack, as that’s such a nice touch to have a bottle of wine and some bread, but again that’s not a complaint. Would def recommend.

Family holiday

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, you are in walking distance of Loggos, it is a great pool, good outdoor seating and sun beds, great aircon good beds to sleep on. Cons: we did ask for some sharp knives which came very quickly but there just aren't not enough kitchen utensils. No cooking trays/casserole dishes for the oven (hence oven spotless because you can't use it!), no big pans, one plastic serving dish..... a real shame as we like cooking on our holiday to keep costs manageable. Showers can be erratic , either burning hot (dangerous for young children), or cold, as they are difficult to adjust.

if the pool pump/filter had been working better it would have helped. It was only turned on/ off at certain times. So no early morning/evening swim. Washing needs to be moved and put in a better place, near drying area would be better. The insect nets need to be replaced as they are starting to go. Plus putting two on the bathroom windows would help. The villa was in an ideal place. The outside space was lovely . Would we stay again? Maybe

Villa Sevi is a traditional Greek house set in a beautiful garden. The swimming pool area is the perfect place to spend some time when not exploring the island or lying on a beach. We felt it was good value for money and the only things we would have liked to change were the hard mattresses on the beds. This is of course personal taste. It is only 10 minutes walk down to the beautiful Loggos harbour and we had decided not to hire a car this time, but for the sake of convenience we did hire one and it gave us the chance to explore the whole island. Also shopping for food was much easier when we had the car. We had 2 weeks of complete relaxation, perfect for our age group (in our seventies) and loved the whole experience. We hope to return some day.

Maison de caractère mais manque de confort

Cette mignonne petite maison, tres bien située mérite d’être mieux équipée pour un bon séjour (pas de machine à café, pas de parasol, les lits sont très durs et Les abords du jardin sont catastrophiques comme une déchèterie). Il faudrait nettoyer les alentours de la maison pour donner l’impression que le jardin n’est pas laissé à l’abandon.il y a des choses à améliorer pour donner à cette maison et son jardin tout le confort attendu. Sinon l’agence est très réactive et fait tout son maximum pour régler les problèmes. En conséquence nous n’avons pas vécu dans cette maison, seulement pour dormir.

This property is a traditional rustic place that is in a great location, close enough to Loggos to be able to walk, but in a secluded setting. The outside area is brilliant and the inside had everything we needed although we would have found more information about the program helpful on arrival. Although nothing was missing the finish overall, but especially of the wiring, could have been improved. However we really enjoyed our stay and loved having the pool and BBQ with fruit bushes growing all around.
