The property is old and out dated. The location is fabulous. I booked this at the last minute due to change of plans. We came to Pensacola to visit my father's grave. I have booked many vrbo properties. I quickly scanned the pictures and the place was perfect based on the pictures showing not one but two king beds. When we get there it is all a lie. There is one small old queen bed and a nasty fold out couch. The place was bare bones. There was one bar of soap and nothing else. I have never rented a place that didn't have some sort of welcome and printed instructions some where. It was supposed to be non-smoking. There were blunts on the lanai. The internet didn't work. Someone was supposed to come fix it. No one came. We had problems with the door codes. When I called the rental company and told them that this felt like a bait and switch, I was told that I NEEDED to call VRBO and tell them the picture listings were wrong. Seriously? Sadly, my fault for trusting and not reading the small print in my hurry. Again, the location was perfect and beautiful. The property is bare bones and old and out dated. 1 star for everything else, 5 star for location.

Great Location

This was our second stay at Sam’s Souci in a different unit with a different rental agency. The location can’t be beat, overlooking the beach from your balcony and seeing sunset and sunrises! But the condo was also very clean, well stocked and efficient. Southern Vacation Rentals was great to work with, very responsive to an issue we had on the first day with the keypad for entry. Then pro-active after that via texts asking how everything was going and reminding us if checkout process and time. Very impressive!

Location!

The condo was just right for this trip! It was in a perfect location with a beautiful beach view! We saw gorgeous sunrises, heard the sound of the waves all week and was such a short drive to Ft. Pickens! The condo could use a little love, although very clean. We were not provided beach chairs or an umbrella, which I feel is a necessary amenity for a beach condo. We would have had to pay 50 a day to rent them unless we purchased our own. The hotel management claimed to have not found belongings that were left there, which I felt was very dishonest as well.

Nice view

The view was great- however the pictures made the patio look bigger than it was. 1- needs a King size bed! 2- put blinds in the bedroom - it has an ill fitting curtains that allow all the morning light in. Not great when you are on vacation and want to sleep past 7:30 AM 3- if the blinding light doesn’t wake you up. The AC that shakes the entire condo will plus as an extra bonus wakes you up all through the night.

Cute and cozy close to beach

It was perfect amount of space. A really could have slept 6. Twin bunk bed, king, and pull out couch. But was only 3 of us. Huge closet. Lots of space. Bring your cheese grater. lol. Has extra goodies like a styrofoam cooler and floaties.

Sans Souci is great!

We love staying at Sans Souci - the location is fantastic with easy beach access, a convenience store just across the street, and not far from the boardwalk and restaurants. The particular condo was clean as just as advertised. We had a wonderful week!

We love staying at Sans Soucci. We will probably not choose 505 again due to no bedding for the pull out sofa was provided. When I text management I was told they do not provide blankets. Other than that the stay was great. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Cozy Stay

A cozy condo with awesome beach views. Comfortable furniture, and I have stayed in other condos here but what a wonderful surprise, the bedroom has a floor to ceiling window with a gourgeous beach view! Great location. Delicous restaurant Peg Leg Pete's across the street with a little store next door with everything. Had a great time.

Perfect beach view on 5th story balcony

Perfect beach view on 5th story balcony. You can walk straight onto the beach. There is a pool and hot tub! All was clean; with plenty of room. It was me (1 adult) 2 pre-teens that stayed.
